When I brought my car to them it looked like it had been in a war zone. The front bumper was hanging on my a thread. There was damage to the front quarter panel. The spoiler had a hole in it. The trunk was bent and the tail light was cracked. The rear driver side door wouldn't even open. The inside was awful with crumbs and stains all over the seats and grime in all the compartments.
I had them repair all the damage and do a full detail, carpet shampoo and wax. They did an excellent job replacing my back seat, bumper, spoiler and front quarter panel. The paint job and blending was superb

I recently had a minor accident and some older bodywork issues that needed attention on my BMW 740i. When I bought the car there were some hidden repairs that came to light and made the car look poor at best. Besides that, living in the DC area is hell for your car! On with the good news. This is a truly family owned business with all the trimmings. They give you the special attention and sincerity one looks for in a business. Derek and his wife made me feel right at home from day one! The daily text (sometimes twice) updates and pictures on my cars progress were above and beyond

City Side Auto Body did a fabulous job on repairing my car after a deer hit it!! They let me know the repair status, each step of the way via text AND phone. The quality of work was excellent. The matching paint was so perfect, you could not tell my car was ever hit by a deer. The customer service was superb! I would recommend them to my friends and family. The employees at City Side Auto Body really know how to take care of their customers. I took my car here for cosmetic as well as mechanical issues and was constantly updated throughout the time my car was in repair. When I got my car back, it was seriously like brand new. No surprises at all. I was BEYOND satisfied with the work that had been done & will definitely be coming back with any other issues that may pop up.
City side does honest work with their customers best interest in mind & I 100% recommend this shop throughout the DMV area.

This is probably one of the BEST experiences I've ever had! When I first arrived, i couldnt help but express how BEAUTIFUL the office/waiting area is!! Nice, Clean area! AMAZING SLIDING FARM DOOR!! (random thought, i know! But i coulndt help but enjoy it!!)

I recently had a slight fender bender and my insurance company referred me to City Side Auto Body. My interactions with all their staff members were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The damage to my car was corrected ahead of schedule and you could not tell that it was in an accident. When the car rental agency did not pick me up a member of their staff kindly drove me to the agency and waited to be sure there was a car available. In addition when I picked up my vehicle they offered to meet me at the car rental agency and take me to pick up my car. This type of detail to customer

When you unexpectedly find yourself in need of an EXCEPTIONAL auto body shop, look no further than City Side Auto Body in Clinton, MD!!! I contacted them by phone regarding repair of a 2015 Acura TLX AWD TECH that was involved in a rear-end collision. CSAB provided me with a warm greeting and inquired about my well-being and expressed heartfelt empathy. That's a FIRST from an auto body shop. They were able to take my car in that evening but I couldn't bring it to them until the next day. When I called to let them know I was on my way, they said they would coordinate with Enterprise Car
