I stayed with 4 girlfriends at the beautiful Ginger property. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. When we entered the house we could smell that the house had been freshly cleaned, everything was immaculate. The open floor plan was perfect for a girls/family weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable.

Published rates are based on standard occupancy and indicated in white on the property calendars. In most reservations 50% of your total payment is due when you sign your contract with Oasis Rentals. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival at the property. In complex long term reservation payment arrangements may be made by contacting Oasis Rental directly.

We had a fabulous weekend in the Sunset Bliss rental. Everything was perfect: the kitchen was well-stocked with not only crockery but kitchen basics like oil, salt and pepper, which made it easy to prepare food and not rely on eating out for every meal. The home was beautifully furnished and decorated with care in classic mid-century styles that perfectly fit the design aesthetic of Palm Springs. The pool was heated for for comfort and the hot tub was a fantastic place to relax. Any issue we had was addressed quickly and seamlessly by the very responsive property management team. This house is fantastic! The decor, the pool, the vibe. The set up of the house is perfect with the separate 2 bed room casita. The main house makes a wonderful gathering space. They thought of everything. Extremely easy check in, and host is very responsive when we needed assistance. Extra fan in the bedroom is clutch, since I live for sleeping with white noise.

My friends, their kids, and I enjoyed a stress free stay at a lovely 4 bedroom home in Palm Springs. We each remarked how we'd easily and happily return for another stay. The pictures were accurate to the reality, all instructions (including check in/out) were helpful, and the Oasis service/response times were quick, convenient, and accommodating. When I return for another stay in Palm Springs, I will start here for a vacation rental.

For the most part had a great stay at Verde Modern! The house and location we stayed at was great. We really enjoyed getting to cool off at the pool and relax by the jacuzzi! The house did have some inconvenience as the garbage disposal did not work and led to the kitchen sink to become clogged. We also had an issue in the master bathroom with the light not working but our representative did offer to get someone to fix the light but we wanted to avoid contact with people due to COVID. Overall we had a good experience with oasis rental.

This is the second time we've rented through Oasis Rentals. Their curated luxury rentals are awesome, way better than trying to use AirBnB to find equivalent quality/value. The pool/hot tub was great - cleaning/maintenance was performed twice a week which kept it nice and clean. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking/grilling , cleaning, TV, internet, board games, extra sheets, towels, etc. Check-in/check-out was a breeze, all done via text/phone. Highly recommended!

We just finished up at Verde Modern in Palm desert. It was a wonderful place with modern amenities and everything thought of. We had the pleasure of adding a few additions and changing our groupings. The oasis team made very clear the requirements of the home along with the applicable legal requirements and they were very responsive and helpful where needed. I would definitely consider having the oasis team a part of any rental experience a huge plus.

We booked our first stay after over a year of not traveling due to the pandemic and picked Oasis bc of their commitment to covid precautions. Deepwell Dream was amazing and exactly as described on their site/Airbnb. The check in process was contactless and seamless. We love cooking and were thrilled to see how well appointed the kitchen was (tons of pots and pans, plastic cups and water jugs for poolside, sharp knives - often a rental rarity, and more). The Morgan House is an outstanding property. Just wow! Nicely situated in relation to downtown, however that is exactly defined in Palm Springs (basically, it was convenient). Two of us stayed a luxurious 10 days with two other adults joining us a few of the nights. We never felt crowded. The pool area is a perfect outdoor hangout with plenty of seating and an excellent view of the mountains. All rooms in the home are decorated in a complementary mid-century design by someone with a talented design eye. The windows completely open up the house, providing such a sense of space.

We had a fantastic time renting a house for the week in Palm Springs with Oasis Rentals. The communication was helpful and clear. The documentation and contracts were all handled electronically making it a quick and painless booking.
The house was immaculate and set up just right with everything we needed for the week including detergents, toiletries and paper products. Someone even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed after check in.

My family of 3 rented Ten Palms in Palm Springs and it has been the BEST experience. This was my first time renting from Oasis Rentals, so I was a little nervous! The house was amazing and Eric our property manager was Over accommodating! We had one hiccup with the spa, I contacted Eric and it was fixed within 10 minutes!!! I can’t say enough about good things about Eric or the property! We definitely plan on returning soon! Thank you for a wonderful vacation after being at home in AK for over a year!

Stayed at one of Oasis Rental properties September 2020, let a few lost and found items. The property manager confirmed that the items were located and requested that I contact them at (760) 408-3990 to have my items returned to me.
I've contacted Oasis Rentals dozens of times via email, phone and text messages to get my items returned to me.

Oasis is the most professional, responsive, caring and organized rental company I've ever worked with! Getting dedicated support via text message is so convenient and for the few issues that came up, our property managers Eric and Tanya Rose went above and beyond to help fix them; they were knowledgeable, dedicated, thorough and organized. The home was beautiful and stylish and they answered our questions about ventilation after cleaning and overall covid safety quickly and thoroughly. Great experience overall; highly recommended.
