It looks like I have had the same problem as most. They were supposed to arrive from 9-11 and at 9:04 I got a text that they were broken down and would not make it. Later that evening I recevied a text asking how the serice was to which I replied "well since they cancelled on me last minute I didnt get any service!" They then asked to reschedule and did not offer any type of discount, when they did find a time to re-schedule they told me it was going to be $175 instead of the $149 that was confirmed when I made the appointment!!! NO THANK YOU!! Avoid this headache.

I called them for a auto detailing and outside wash and they only scheduled them for an interior detailing but priced me higher than the $99 car detailing the charge me $230 for the two cars. The tech came late. Appt was for 1:30pm and he arrived at 2:11pm Plus they are supposed to use their own water and power which he used mine for both. The car was left dirty and missed clean on many parts of the car. He was on the phone most of the clean and I know this because I have cameras thru my property. Am really not satisfied with their services. And would never ever ever used them again. Here are some

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I booked an appointment through this business’ website for 1pm today. I received a confirmation email and text. How was it? I couldn’t even tell you because they never showed up. No call or anything and my appointment was 2 hours ago. I normally use a different company but thought I would give this one a shot. Do not recommend.

Archie was nice however work was a let down. I got the full package well there is still dirt in the rims, visors weren't done, car body and windows very streaked bug remnants still on car and windows door panels weren't done seats weren't done. Wouldn't recommend this company especially for that kind of money. I pay 35 a month for a car wash unlimited and they do a better job.
