After reading the reviews online, I decided to try Black Tie Detailing last weekend. I got the silver Detailing Package for my wife's Mazda, which she really doesn't take care of. They did a fantastic job with the interior shampoo, hand wax, and hand wash and buffed the scratches. They did all the essentials plus more at no extra charge. I am a first-time customer, but I will be coming back for all our detailing needs. Very reliable and worth the price, I highly recommend black tie detailing

I have never detailed my car since I bought it 3 years ago and I didn't know what to expect. My main reason for detailing was because of my painting. I called them because I had so many questions, and I’m glad the guy I talked to was kind enough to answer all my questions. I decided to go with the gold detailing Package since I intended to sell the car and had already listed it. I do not know what kind of magic these guys are working with, but it’s truly incredible. Needed my car desperately cleaned after finishing my 3000-mile country road trip. I got my car detailed at Black Tie Detailing. The detailer that worked with me was extremely kind, welcoming, and friendly. I had a few stains on my seat, and the car was super dirty and smelled terrible. He was honest with me and said that some of the stains might be too deep to come out. Three hours later, when he was finished, however, not only were all the stains gone, but my car also smells amazing and looks new after car wash. I recommend this place for anyone who wants an affordable, good quality car detail

The company never manages to schedule my appointment the same day when I book them which might be a bad thing for a lot of customers but it also shows how busy and in demand they are. Whenever I get my Range Rover dirty, Black Tie does their MAGIC and leave it so nice and fresh. They always do very thorough detailing of the interior and exterior. My car is always very well maintained, especially inside; it looks, smells, and feels fresh.

Best detail in Bethesda - and maybe the DMV area - hands down!!! Trust me, I tried almost everyone but it's only Black Tie that did everything I asked of them! My car came out fantastic, practically looked new! If you want a great detail, then Black Tie is who you need to call! The whole team works very hard and it shows in the end result of their work! The best part is that they worked around my schedule and came to my house! It was the best detail experience I have ever received. I have had both mobile and non-mobile detailing done over the years and nothing comes close to Black Tie. I trusted these guys with my car and I have no complaints.
