No one should have to be subjected to an unprofessional attitude of front desk people or, even worse, errors in their prescriptions. Just a horrible experience.
All I wanted was two accurately written prescriptions to update my computer and distance glasses. Sounds simple enough, right? I tried over and over, by phone and in person, in the days and weeks after my exam. The people there were too incompetent and too uncaring to provide a copy of my two revised prescriptions after I realized that at least one of them had errors (keep reading). Now my insurance is exhausted and I have to pay out of

Avoid this business. My wife recently had a basic eye exam and then she was asked to pay $200. We have insurance but they pressured her into paying out of pocket because "they could not find our policy info". She came home and called them immediately to tell them to run it through our insurance VSP. We were told to contact the woman in charge of billing, who is also the office manager. We have called over a dozen times and have never received a call back. Do not come here for anything. They do not answer calls, they do not have the customers best interest in mind, they do not fix mistakes, they

This was my first visit to this location. I walked in to a very busy office, and was greeted right away. I knew they were prepared for me because the paperwork she handed me had my name on it. By the time I finished filling out the paperwork it was my turn and I was called back to have my eyes checked, you know the "puff". I hate that one, I think we all do. She was nice, walked me through each machine and how to use it. Then went to a small waiting room for the Dr. The Dr. was finishing up with another patient and saw me sitting there. She acknowledged me and let me know she was almost done. I

I suppose these reviews are like Amazon's, or voting: there is never a consensus. My own experience has been quite positive. The four overall is just because there is always room for improvement.
I've been seeing Dr. Kesslar for some years now, and she is one of the top two eye doctors I've been to in my 60 years of vision care: patient, thorough, courteous, and she explains things well. I never feel rushed when I pester her with questions -- hence I do not mind any slight delay when I'm out front waiting. She would get five stars.
The rest of the internal staff has always been respectful and

I took PTO from work for the morning. I sat in the office for over an hour before I even stepped in with the doctor. When I asked how much longer I was informed that they were backed up all morning. The office had been opened several hours and no one informed me of this before I personally asked. I could have reached the appointment for a later time or date. Instead I had to ask for more time off work. I felt like my time was not valued in the least. Then I got the bill and was charged for a fitting that never happened. This first time customer will never return.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Weber for fifteen years for my routine and not so routine eye checkups and care. The office is professionally run - I never have to wait long and I believe their testing procedures are thorough.
Dr. Weber spends as much time with me as is needed to answer all my questions.
My last checkup was yesterday and I was in and out in no time at all. I wish all medical offices were run this efficiently!

Hour long wait for a contact lens fitting follow up. why I am still attempting to purchase contacts from here after the office has not returned my messages, I don't know. the frame selection is terrible and the optician's multitasking leaves much to be desired. the glasses she offered to order in for me are idontknowwhere as I've not heard back from the office.
better off taking insurance benefits somewhere else.

Had to wait for an hour past my appointment start, before the fat lady behind the desk finally decided to start my exam instead of playing with her phone. The Dr. was okay i guess but seemed hurried to get me out of there ASAP.
Also charged me an extra 40 dollars for some pictures without telling me about them first.....never again
