The staff here is very friendly BUT I spoke to them multiple times on the phone to order a piece of sheet metal and not once did they tell me the price (my fault for not asking). When I picked it up, I found out it was over $500! It would've been nice to know that ahead of time - again, I will take some of the blame for that, but it's pretty unprofessional to not be up front about a high cost like that.

Five Stars go out to Olympia Sheet Metal for their quick response time and repairs to the roof of Harstine Island Community Hall. The February snow storm of 2019 caused damage to the Heater and Vent stacks on the Hall’s roof. We called Olympia Sheet Metal and they were at the Hall the next day. They were able to repair the heat stack vent the day they came out so we could heat the building again. They also built snow diverter blocks and installed them within a couple of days after the repair. Great work and excellent customer service.
