We have been in business for 20+ years. We have been a tenant of Samples properties for 3 years. Never have we been so happy with a property management company. On the rare occasion we have a facility issue, it is literally minutes before a maintenance person shows up. Facilities are very well maintained and it is obvious they are looking long term.
