This was my first time going to this nail salon, and my technician, Lori, did a fabulous job. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and Lori took care of me right away (mani & pedi). They didn’t have the color I wanted, but what I ultimately selected was equally beautiful and feminine. Lori was extremely attentive, gentle, and polite throughout this entire experience. I’ll definitely be back again!

I had really high hopes for this place. I've been 3 times now. This last trip will be my last. I had the same nail tech as I did on my previous visit and was happy about it. However he did not listen to me at all. I wanted to keep the colors I had and add some brown to transition from Halloween to fall. As soon as I sat down he started removing the color. I was willing to look passed this and just get brown tips with gold glitter. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged almost $50. For a fill and two colors. That's crazy to me. That's how much I pay for a new full set. I will be looking

Had my gel nails done and loved the color. Best place to get your nails done in town. They also do awesome acrylic nails which I usually don’t do those but would highly recommended. Check them out and you won’t regret.

I loved my nail technician! I brought my girlfriend here to get our nails done for her birthday. I feel bad my nails took much longer than her and she was left waiting with her nails under the UV lamp unsure of whether she was done or waiting on someone for about 10 minutes. She was requested to pay before getting her nails done, my nail tech let me pay after mine was finished and ensured I was very happy with her work and my nail color. I wish my girlfriend had my nail tech experience, that would make this review a 5 star for sure.

I got my nails done before going to Las Vegas for a belated honeymoon/husband's birthday. I got compliments on my nails the whole time I was there. This place is great! The gentleman who did my nails was amazing! They take really great care of you. I got the top of the line of what they had, because I had not had a pedicure or manicure in over 5 years. This guy did a great job. My feet were in sad shape. They looked wonderful after this. *Pro-Tip - Make sure to push your cuticles back before getting your nails done. That way they have to go back farther on your nail & you get more wear out of them

I have gone here many time and they have taken photos of my nails and the designs for their Instagram. Today I went and asked for the screenshot photo below. The manicurist, name unknown but sits at the first table closest to the wall near the register, seemed apprehensive. I told her if she couldn’t do that design it’s fine just squiggly nails and the shape would work. She shaped them wrong and I told her while she was doing them. She asked if I liked them before she finished and I said no they’re all wrong. She refused to stop and in the end when I’m in tears said she would take ten dollars

I have been a loyal customer but no longer. This place has no respect for peoples time. They will schedule you an appointment but not write it down or honor it. I had a 2 o'clock appointment and when I came in you could Cleary see the guy didn't have any clue, he told me they would be right with me but an hour later still didn't get to me, instead they took walk ins ahead of me. They even lie to everyone that walks in on how long it will be just to get them to stay. After waiting 30 minutes every walk in that came in and asked if they had time they would say "yes, sit down

I have been stalking Mansion's IG page since the summer. I live in Texas but the staff at Mansion doesn't compare to anyplace I've been in Texas. I loved the ambiance and overall experience. I wish I took more pictures. The chairs in the pedicure area were EVERYTHING!-comfortable with great massage options. The pedicure chairs are important to me as I am tall and usually have to sit uncomfortably but these chairs allowed me to sit comfortably. Johnny did my nails and he is an amazing artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he put his spin on it to make my hands look amazing

I love this place, not only because it right around the corner and convenient it's clean neat, and I love the way kim does my nails. I haven't been disappointed yet.
The only thing that bothers me is the difference in the prices each time. I pretty much get the same exact thing done, So I'm not really sure why the price is different each time. maybe the colors are different prices? Not really sure. But kim does a very good job and I'm always happy with my nails when I leave. Thank you kim

I'm from out of town and I looked at the reviews before coming & there was positive things about the place . I even signed up on their website for $5 off $30 & read that their acrylic set was $27. When I asked how much it would be the girl said it was going to be $50 and I was shocked because she had done a poor job and my bails didn't even look like what I wanted . One of my nails even shows the acrylic she first applied before I told her that color was too pink. And she only discounted $5 when I told her one of my nails was over filed on the side. However, when I returned and they were taking my nail dip off they said I would be charged $5 extra because I didn't get my nails done there last time. So I asked if the process is different if it's from another aal, and she told me no. Essentially charging me for being disloyal...
not a fan.
The lady who did my nails didn't seem to be very experienced with the dip process and finished my nails with the gel top coat and LED light and within a few days that coat chipped.
