I am blown away by Twigs & Vines Floral!
I ordered from them a while ago and was very happy with the flowers, so I placed another order for my sister's last day of work and requested they be delivered by noon to fit her schedule. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered today and I received a phone call from a gentlemen explaining their shipment was delayed but he had just personally finished the arrangement with fresh flowers, he saw my delivery note and was stepping out the door to make sure she got them on time! 15minutes later my sister sent me photos and the flowers are stunning! I live

I don't have pictures bc we cancelled the delivery due to poor customer service and terrible communication. First of all, maybe don't call the recipient and ruin the surprise. Second, if I do confirm that I will be here at 12:30, maybe let me know then you won't be here till 4:00, completely voiding the necessity of delivery; he would have just picked them up for me on his way home from work. Then, when we're told it'll be there in a half hour, and over an hour later, we're told "you're the next stop.” twice, maybe offer reimbursement or some type of "we messed up". I can not say enough about this place, Judy or her staff. Absolutely the best place to get arrangements for any occasion. The shop also has so many unique gift items. The shop is ready for all your Christmas needs or wants. She even has fresh pines for your porch planters. If you've never been, do yourself a favor and visit this business. This is a relatively small shop with a small roadway footprint. What it may lack in “big luxe” it more than excels in their quality workmanship and selection.
We needed a flower shop close to our breakfast venue. Needed to bring two bouquets to a friend recovering from the surgery, and her person staying with to help out. This place reminded me of our preferred flower shop back in Michigan: where the owner had actually studied in Europe prior to opening her shop. She was pioneering the use of natural twigs and such long before it became popular.

Twigs & Vines perfectly handled my needs as an out of state customer purchasing a plant arrangement for a recently deceased friend. After completing my purchase I immediately received an email receipt, followed early the next morning by a very timely funeral home delivery confirmation receipt. I'm out of state and had flowers delivered to my mom in Appleton for her birthday. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and the flowers arrived same day (I ordered in the morning, they came later in the afternoon), no problem! I told them my mom loved purple and they absolutely nailed it! She was absolutely surprised and thrilled! Made both our days!

We ordered a sympathy bouquet to send to my grandmother - Sarah was our designer and was very compassionate, helpful and efficient. It was late in the day so they were low on certain items from the arrangement we saw online and she very quickly helped us put together a custom bouquet. Her suggestions were perfect and the bouquet was even more beautiful than photos and perfect for my grandmother’s taste. I also felt very grateful for the kindness and tact of Sarah and the staff person who answered the phone. They delivered very quickly same day and my grandmother really appreciates the bouquet

We visited here less than 2 weeks before our wedding and within 10 minutes left with a beautiful custom design ordered! We only needed 5 bouquets and it wasn't busy when we visited, so keep in mind that larger, entire wedding orders could be different time-wise. The owner who helped us was super friendly and created our vision within minutes. Coming to Twigs and Vines Floral was one of the best and least stressful parts of our wedding planning. Everything from designing to payment and pick up was great. Everyone loved their bouquets. Pricing was well within our budget and we were happy to support

Twigs & Vines Floral did the flowers for our wedding and we could not be happier. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted it was unreal! The flowers held up beautifully throughout the day and some pretty crazy photos. They met with us 3 times to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Twigs & Vines did a great job with the flowers for my wedding and they were really reasonably priced! Judy is very direct and responsive. I was slightly disappointed that they did not have the color of the ribbon that I was looking for in regards to both my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets. Also, the toss bouquet was lost in the delivery and they did not place the flowers on my cake as previously discussed. Overall, I would recommend them, but make sure to have at least two in-person meetings and put delivery instructions in writing.

This florist is across the street from Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, in the former location of Gary's Flowerland. We stopped in to buy flowers before visiting the cemetery. They have very pretty displays of floral arrangements of all sorts, as well as decorative items. The woman on duty was very helpful, and we selected a pretty arrangement of Gerbera daisies which she trimmed to the correct height for the cemetery urns. We added a little watering can to the arrangement to personalize it; there were lots of options to do that.
