Called after my catalytic converter got stolen while on a trip on a shot in the dark to try and get it fixed. Josh answered the phone and let me know they were booked full. But rather than stopping there, he took the time to give me valuable advice about what my options were, what he recommended, and where I could go, all the time knowing I wouldn’t be their customer! The WORST experience of my life from a repair shop. Cost me hundreds of extra dollars because of their mistakes.
My vehicle was totaled in an accident and towed there by the police. I asked them to take off my expensive tires from the truck and put on a pair of cheap tires to send with the truck to the salvage yard. They said no problem but I needed to bring them size 16" tires for them to do it. They also said to drop the tires off Saturday morning so they could get them done that weekend. I was able to find a pair online and drove 2 hours to the shop to drop them off first thing Saturday. Monday

Can't speak highly enough of this business. Josh was exceptional. He coached me through a difficult decision making process and saved me well over $200. His objective was always an efficient repair job and customer happiness (note: I didn't say satisfaction; I said happiness!) He explained issues clearly and went beyond the call of duty in even helping with the car. The technician Eric, was also impressive. I rolled into town and knew I had a slow leak in a tire. I’m 1,000 miles from home, I nursed it to get here. I tried another tire shop but they told me they couldn’t take a look until late afternoon (it was as morning) and they recommended I try Ski Country. They were very helpful! Helped me get back on the road. Extremely helpful and courteous!

We had flat traveling west on I-70. About 9AM we tried 2 different tire shops in Frisco. 1st one said a 3 hr wait for a simple flat repair and the 2nd said they may be able to get to it by the end of the day, but they recommended Ski Country Towing and Automotive Repair. They said yep and had us out of there in 45 mins. Great response by some really Great folks!

Scott was the absolute best. I must have picked up a nail somewhere after Salt Lake City because by the time I reached Frisco my tire was over it. Stayed at the Ramada next door and in the morning called Ski Country. They got me in right away and patched the tire, taking the time to explain how they did it as well (which I greatly appreciated). The whole team was friendly and quick. I feel so lucky to have come across them in my time of need, they truly delivered!

Truck overheated on I70 (loose cap...thanks Jiffy Lube). Called Ski Country and Bonnie (super nice) said she would have a driver to us in about 30 minutes. It was literally a couple minutes and Chris R. (Super cool and was nice chatting with) pulled up next to us. Towed us back into Frisco to Napa for antifreeze. Hopefully truck doesn’t overheat again but if it does, I know who we will call. 10 stars!!!

I've been to Ski Country a couple of times now and they've been a delight to work with. I recently purchased a diesel vehicle and took it in to get it inspected when my check engine light came on. They were very straight forward about their procedures with diesel vehicles and made sure I knew what to expect before I even gave them the keys. Scott and the team are very helpful, they don't pressure you into decisions, and they provide a lovely breakdown of part/labor cost for each procedure that is recommended for your vehicle before you commit to it. They made me feel very welcome

Above and beyond. We were broken down on the side of I-70 waiting for AAA to show up. Mike saw us and stopped to see if we are okay. He then offered to fix our issue. He had it done in 5 minutes. Mike went above and beyond. We was just acting as a Good Samaritan and boy are we incredibly grateful. Great hire ski country auto repair and towing. If we ever need service again, it'll be you guys.

I have to be honest - I didn't use their services but am grateful for their services, especially Mike. Our RV struggled to get over the pass through the Eisenhower tunnel and Mike showed up in his truck on the roadside and offered free advice and different level of services. He waited 20 minutes as we contemplated our decision and he also recommended a good mechanic in Dillon. We didn't pay him a dime but probably should have. His advice and demeanor are appreciated. We're hanging onto his card for the future!

William was awesome in helping us free both our truck and trailer from a tricky parking lot situation. I learned a lot about what sort of winch and pulley tricks are even possible.
They were on time (and hours ahead of other towing services in town) and friendly. Price seemed to be competitive with other service providers.
Would not hesitate to call them again.

Within moments, Tyler was there to secure our vehicle. He was extremely efficient and kind. Cody and men at the station were equally helpful and knowledgeable about our Jeep.

I have never given any complaints against any company but these guys need to be in the Flashnews.
How much a Tow away company should charge for 71 miles from Frisco,CO to Brighton,CO( Freightliner dealer ) to tow away my truck with reefer.
They stated that I will be charged $150 per hour and my truck / reefer reached the dealership in roughly 4 hours.
They charged $1100 on my credit card .
Guys, beware of such robbers who have already committed a sin of their lifetime.
I wish them luck

Do not trust these guys to help you out. I was involved in a multi car crash on Hwy 91 and the troopers and myself informed them that I would need a tow, the driver said he take the car before me since they were going to silverthorne. He insisted he would come back for me. So all the troopers and tow trucks left and I was abandoned there to wait for a tow that never showed. Waited 3 hours in my wrecked car for them to come back. They never did, I was left with no cell service, in the middle of no where to wander if I was going to go hypothermic. It was about as unprofessional and scary as it gets

This review is long over due. I recently had to move my family and home across the country for work. While trucking through the mountains in Colorado just past Glenwood springs the diesel engine in my truck air locked due to a faulty pick up in the fuel tank. After an ordeal that would consume several pages of ranting and three days later Budget agrees to call in a guy from Frisco named Larry. Larry arrived earlier than his estimate and went right to work on the truck. Now in the mean time three other technicians had attempted to start the old dinosaur with no luck.
