The large fellow running the main counter where you check in was very difficult.
I have stronger words to describe him but I will be respectful of other people that read this. I have gone to that business to rent sleds for 10 years and always enjoyed the experience up til now. I was missing a portion of the locking mechanism on my chinstrap. They had many new helmets with that piece I needed but would not take one off to get me through my trip so I ended up having to buy a helmet for $240 to get that piece so I could go snowmobiling. When I got home I looked part up and it was $20.00.😡

I blew up my 4 wheeler and they got it restored. They do great work and are very helpful. We live in Webb Lake n Next Gen is one mile from us, but they have been a nightmare to deal with. Not only is there horrible customer service at Next Gen but they also don't back up their work. Found Hayward Power Sport and its a night and day difference with customer service, and standing behind their work. Everyone we know now drives the hour to bring their boats n 4 wheelers here. Recommend this place highly.

Don't know why we waited so long to try this! Great experience all around. Staff is friendly and equipment is top notch. Our group of 4 mixed it up with a couple ATVs and a UTV. Perfect mix for everyone to get a chance to try out different rides. We'll have to come back & rent snowmobiles. Thanks for a great day!!

After a year at another dealership waiting for service and parts that were never delivered, at a cost of 200$ I discovered PowerSports of Hayward!
Parts were delivered three days later, more parts ordered, promised in two weeks due to backorder status, got a call 7 days later to come pick them up. At opening time on a Saturday, the parking lot was full, store packed, I was out with parts in five minutes, people dropped what they were doing to assist costumers. What a great experience.What a great place to shop!!
Needed brake pad for that 2004 Can Am Outlander. Got a call back in 3 minutes when
