Treated like a king when you buy, trying to get a call back for service is another story in itself. Spent 17k on a side by side, wanted new tires and turn signals installed and they had to order parts in February, said they would call when the parts came in which was supposed to be a few days, now its June, CRICKETS!!!

Very grateful these guys were able to provide me with an outboard this Spring when no other marina had them in stock. I was willing to travel to get it. However, due to a time/labor cost concern (it took longer to install than quoted) the sales team and shop techs told me the dash gauges were not compatible with the new motor and I'd have to leave the boat in town for them to order them or I could take it and go. I have a marina in my hometown that could do the dash gauges, so I paid and left. When I got home, I found out the dash gauges were completely compatible, and the controls were wired

I was having an issue with the clutch on my 2007 Yamaha Grizzly which I purchased from Wild River in 2008. I dropped it off there and the person at the service counter said that his tech would take a look at it and they would give me a call "in a couple of days". This was on Wednesday 11/11/2020.
The following Thursday I still hadn't heard back from them so I called. I was told that they were "waiting for a second opinion from another tech" and I should be hearing back from them "soon".

They do not even deserve a one star rating. I bought a brand new 2020 Yamaha from Wild Rivers and with in the first 50 miles of driving it the unit just died. After putting another 75 miles on it it died again. I called wild rivers and spoke with Taylor Jo. She had me bring it down for them to look at it, they called me later that week and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. She said "it's probably the gas because they have winter gas and summer gas, and you can't run winter gas in the summer." Being an ASE certified tech and I have never heard of that. But I took it home anyways. After

Looked for a new place to winterize and store my pontoon boat. Went and visited them and was quoted a price and set a date for pick up. Two days before pickup they called and said that the price was going to be almost double what they quoted, the service manger said that the owners were the one that said their price no exceptions he seemed very sorry. I felt they were taking advantage of those of us who were using another provider who decided to retire because of his cancer. Went to another provider they treated me fairly and were please to have my business. Wild river was going to get all my business

I have never been treated so great! Waylon spent hours with me on pricing different pontoons knowing my husband with a amputated leg could make it in. He wrote all prices down on 5 different pontoons, including everything it included. I was treated with up most respect and curiosity at Wild River Sports. I recommend them highly in purchasing anything. Kyle, Kevin and all the delivery was absolutely fantastic! Love our new pontoon!! Thanks again Waylon, you are the greatest!

Worked with Waylon for 2 months by phone/email/text for the purchase of a new boat because of a great price, despite the distance. We drove 5 hours to pick it and it wasn’t until then that we were told about some corrosion to the pontoons (on a brand new $40k boat) and claimed they didn’t realize it until that morning. He promised someone would fix it soon and off we went. Little to no communication after that, wouldn’t take my calls (because he was so busy) and had to get the owner and the VP of the boat manufacturer involved, only to find out that Waylon knew of this damage since September

This is a family-owned business where the salespeople think like a consumer rather than a dealer! Very friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy staff with lots of inventory. They are there to take care of their customers. Excellent place to buy and service all of your sport vehicles.
