Lenda and her team did a fantastic job of listing and selling our home. They were prompt and responsive and even went above and beyond after the sale and after we left the area in attending to some matters we left unfinished. Lenda Goulding and the LG Real Estate team sold our home in Preston quickly and efficiently after not being able to sell it with a previous broker. After the home went under contract, We worked extensively with Lee Ann Crowder, Lenda's transaction coordinator.
Working with Lee Ann, on contracting agreed upon repairs between us and the buyers, moving out unwanted appliances and items in the garage, suggesting and following through with an HVAC company to save us on fan coil repairs and smoothly handling the payout details, we came to appreciate how nice it is when accomplishments exceed our expectations

Lenda and her team are very good at what they do. We spent a lot of time with them deciding on a list price for our home. Their research paid off - our house went on the market on a Wednesday at 4 pm. By Thursday at 5 pm we had 5 offers (all at or above our asking price). We signed a contract on Saturday. The photos used for our listing were lovely and showed our home at its best.
