We were getting warnings that our desktop computer had a virus. Mr. Brown came to our home and thoroughly examined our computer using his diagnostic tools. He found no problem on the desktop. He also checked our laptop and found no problem there.
We found it extremely helpful that he explained what he was doing and why. We discussed the various ways that we were already using to protect our data and passwords, and alternative approaches to security. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of the options but in many cases affirmed what we were doing and suggested no change. Our added understanding

I have a small business. I needed a general tune-up on my laptop and desktop. I also lost scanning capability with my HP printer and questioned if my external backup drive was working. Justin arrived right on time and spent 1.75 hours with me walking through all my concerns. He let me know what he was doing and why at all times. He cleaned up a lot and confirmed my backup drive had ceased working in 2018! Coached me on security best-practices. He will be my go-to IT guy from now on.

Upgraded my laptop by adding memory and replacing current drive with a much larger Sold State Hard Drive so I could run Windows 10 with current applications. This saved me several hundred dollars by not having to purchase a new machine and reinstall applications.
