Roberts Sales is a family business specializing in pop-up camping trailers. We have rented campers since 1969 and sold Flagstaff campers since 1990 and we look forward to doing both for many years to come. Despite our small size we are one of the leading camping trailer dealers in Colorado.
We are a 100% pressure-free dealership (yes, a no-pressure dealership is possible) and we always give an honest answer to every question (this should be a given, of course, but we understand that's not always the case).We have three generations of camping-trailer experience (and we're busy teaching the fourth generation about camping, too) and we would appreciate the opportunity to share this experience with you.

The used campers are maintained and refurbished by Roberts Sales so you can be confident our used trailers are tried, true, and ready to go.
Roberts Sales sells Flagstaff pop-up trailers by Forest River. With over two decades of experience to support the claim we can proudly say that Flagstaff produces a top-tier camper both in build-quality and value. The extreme demand for RVs currently outweighs the industry's abilty to supply them. Increased production does not help much because raw materials and parts are also scarce at the moment. Flagstaff/Rockwood is experiencing an unprecedented back-log of camper orders. Orders placed now may be delayed by as much as eight months.
Renting a camper is easy (Process for renting a camper) --it's a great way to get into nature and still have some comforts of home. For 2021, we will quarantine all rental returns for 3 days before returning the camper to our rental program. Rental Period: During the regular season (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) the weekly rate (4-7 days) is the minimum rate available.

Over the course of 6 years we have bought two Flagstaff pop-up A-frame campers from Roberts Sales (the 2nd was a larger upgrade over the 1st) and we couldn't be happier with the sales experience and customer service provided by Mark, Frank, David and the entire staff. They have patiently answered our questions about how the camper operates and provided extra tips to make our camping experiences as easy as possible. Best experience from a genuine, attentive, and knowledgeable team. Great prices, and they even applied a promotion we didn’t know about to save us money. Camping World was going to charge us $1000 to give us batteries, fill the propane tank, clean the pop-up, and provide a consultation on how to use it. The team at Roberts Sales did all of this for FREE, gave us the tools we’d need, and patiently made sure we felt confident working everything (and recommended good books and board games to my kids). Fantastic buying experience. Bought our first camper, these guys are way more personable than the normal dealers. Bought one of their rental units and it's still in new condition. Robert's Sales is the best! We drove over a thousand miles to purchase our new trailer there and it was totally worth it. They are honest and upfront about everything which is unfortunately rare nowadays. I could not be more pleased with Roberts Sales. I went to them as I wanted to purchase a used pop-up camper and found little to no pop-up campers at other dealers. They were so kind, timely, ensured I knew how to use everything with the camper, and truly went above and beyond from our initial email conversations, the actual sale and demonstration in person, and a follow up phone call to clarify how to use something in the camper. Very satisfied with the experience we had at Roberts sales. This small family owned business does business well. Each employee we interacted with was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. We had went to a few other dealerships over the week before trying to find something that worked for us. Other dealers had much more limitations due to COVID, prices were higher for similar trailers and didn't have much variety of the style we were looking for. Fantastic!! I can't recommend Roberts Sales enough! They share their office space with a motorcycle shop, so don't worry, you're in the right place when you walk in. The purchasing process was so easy. They are very knowledgeable about their products and will answer any questions you may have from before you purchase to any time after you purchase, like if you forget how to winterize. Together with two friends, we bought a pop-up camping trailer from Robert's Sales. We have been so impressed by the Robert's team from our first visit through the first year of owning our camper. They know the industry inside-and-out. They listened to our needs and provided great counsel through the buying journey. Today we went to buy our first ever popup. What a difference it was from some of the other dealers we tried. Amazing service from Frank and Mark. We got detailed information on 2 models. When we selected the smaller/ cheaper option there was zero pressure to reconsider. Frank was patient and answered all our questions and gave us honest opinions about the camper. I would give them 5 stars on the sales, the price and the information at time of pickup. I would give them 5 stars for shipping ordered items when ordered.
However, I give them 1 star in followup on a possible warranty claim. I sent photos and Mark looked them over and agreed they showed some delamination on the roof. The trailer was purchased 1 Oct 2012. The first message with photos was sent 8/26/2016, well within the five year roof warranty, I received a reply 8/31/2016, from Mark, stating he was still waiting for an answer from FR.

I submitted a question online asking about a small part for my tent trailer which I had been unable to find anywhere. Mark emailed me back and found the part I needed. Even though I am in a different state and the cost of the part was less than postage to mail it to me Mark provided excellent customer service and really helped me out. We recently bought a new A-frame camper from Roberts Sales, and everything about the transaction was easy. Frank and Mark are honest, hardworking and caring. We needed a light repaired on the camper yesterday to be able to use it this weekend and they fixed it and had it ready TODAY! That is service! STAY AWAY! I rented one of Roberts Sales popup campers for a family vacation. To start with when we picked up the camper the person helping us left multiple times to tend to phone calls and was gone for 15 minutes at a time. What was supposed to be a 1 hour instruction, hookup time took 1.5 hours. He also left to help other customers. I then returned my camper (very clean) and they charged me $40 to clean up some mystery sand. We purchased a used pop-up from Roberts Sales and would highly recommend them. It is a family run business and the customer service is top-notch. Before we drove off the lot one of the owner's son's gave us his personal cell number to use if we had any issues our first time out. After we used it we noticed some Velcro and a window pane was loose. We called to schedule service, but instead they told us to just come in whenever and they would fix it free on the spot. We did just that and the owner's two sons stopped what they were working on to make the small repairs. In 20 minutes
