This place is absolutely amazing. We hotshot and was coming into Denver, CO when one of our bearings went out and we needed to replace the axle. We found this place and they had us ready to bolt the new axle up within hours. Few weeks pass and we were coming into Portland, OR and the other axle messes up. Could not find another axle for anything. So we decided to call Iron Bear and talked with Joshua again and he said they could have one ready to ship out that day. We did have some shipping issues, but that had absolutely nothing to do with Iron Bear. When I say this company goes above and beyond

The services and staff at Iron Bear Trailer are amazing. We were on a long trip and found out we had a bent axle. After calling around in the Colorado Springs area, we were told by other companies that they could not even get the part we needed for 2 weeks, which is when we were meeting our daughter and family in Yellowstone. When we got to Iron Bear, they immediately assessed what was needed and got the axle ready for installation, working after the shop closed. They even offered to help us find someone who could install it quickly. They totally saved our trip! Thank you, Iron Bear.

When our boat trailer fell apart (multiple times), we went to iron bear to fix it. The staff is helpful, friendly, and educated, and really goes above and beyond to help. Our custom boat trailer was a disaster to find parts for, and Iron Bear made the process so much easier and less stressful. Their prices are fairly reasonable, but I wouldn't mind spending more for the type of service I received. They custom ordered a brand new single axel and the measurements were absolutely perfect. This place has never let me down. They always have what I'm looking for and usually have multiple to choose from at reasonable prices. If you are looking for trailer parts, this is the place to go. They are busy though, so you might have to just go there instead of waiting on hold on the phone. When I was there last, they were getting calls every 15-30 seconds and they just can't keep up with that! Just drive down there!

Iron Bear is what customer service is supposed to be! When you call most places, you feel like you know more about the products they sell than they do. This is not the case with Iron Bear. They know their product! I called looking for a Gen-Y Boss hitch; Steven knew the product asked all the right questions, made excellent suggestions, and put what I need on Will Call. So I was already impressed. Then when I showed up the next day to pick up my hitch, I was even more impressed. The place was busy, and everyone who worked there was hustling to help the customers. I have been dealing with trailers for almost 25 years in the Denver area. Have purchased parts and supplies from many sources. Went to Iron Bear today for the first time. Best camper-related experience I've ever had. I bought my first (brand-new) camper from Camping World and give them -1 Stars for service. I wouldn't take a free camper from that place so when I broke a leaf spring I looked around for a reputable repair shop.
Gave these guys a try and I will never go anyplace else. They got me in within a day (had to pay a little extra for the express service but it was worth it). I worked with Ben who explained everything thoroughly that he thought he would need to to, confirmed the work once he actually saw the camper and kept me updated throughout the process

I needed to upgrade the axles on my boat trailer this year. I originally took it to another company to have the alignment checked, they recommend the upgrade and said they could do it. They bought all the parts from Iron Bear and did a fine job with the install. The upgrade made the entire trailer 6" higher. While it rode nice down the road, it was difficult to unload the boat at the lake. Electric brake wires installed by Iron Bear were cut by the movement of my trailer while I was on the highway. And this was the first time I had used the trailer since Iron Bear did this work. UNSAFE WORK.

I'm just finishing up my third trip to iron bear in the last 2 days for the same set of bushings. I brought examples of the bushings I needed replaced all three times. Over an hour of drive time for each trip. Most recently only one of the handful I ordered was wrong, so it was easily overlooked, but completely stalled my project.

Brad is the man! This is a extremely professional staff you're dealing with. It's never going to be cheap to service equipment but at least with this crew you're going to get absolute quality. I did some awesome upgrades to my trailer here. The parts staff is very knowledgeable and also had a axle lift install done. Here's the facts. I've put over 4000 miles on my trailer after the work iron bear performed. Only thing one small issue with my axle which could have been a combination of bad seals and user error on my part, nonetheless Brad and the team made it right immediately

About 8 months ago, I had axles and tires replaced on a 14' enclosed trailer due to tire wear issues from the manufacturer. I was pleased with the replacements and repair work: 1) the tire wear issue was gone 2) the trailer was ready for pick up when they said it would be and for the price they quoted me. I left happy.

So I go to get some axle seals for a 5 lug boat trailer and I give the customer service guy the wrong information. I take the hub off at the lake and they are too small. So I measure the exterior and interior of the seal by cutting a zip tie to the correct lengths. I also took a hard look at my wheel in a pic and saw that it's a 6 lug, not 5. We quickly find the correct seals and have a laugh...and then the guy gives me a free set of seals with the next size larger interior to make sure I get it right.
I don't know if you will always get a free set with your purchase, but I'm a lifetime

These guys are the best! Brad was super helpful in getting us more clearance on our travel trailer - had a couple different options and pointed me in the right direction for the lowest cost. Even though they are extremely busy, Brad and his team made sure to get us back in action way sooner than I expected. Upon pickup of the TT, Brad even personally made sure our weight distribution hitch was lined up right (on a Saturday morning). Haven't had this amazing level of service from anyone in a long time!

We had a trailer axle blow out between Cheyenne and Denver. We found Jim's online and called. He had what we needed and offered to stay after closing to wait for us to get there and get the part. G and S auto parts recommended I check out Jim's trailer repair when I couldn't find a hub for an old boat trailer of mine. I went to Jims and the guy at the cointer just smiled.....they immediately knew that I was going to have a heck of a time finding a Dico hub for my old trailer, so I went home and tried to find it online with no luck. The next day unbolted the entire axle and brought it in. They measured it, took a few notes...and got me a new axle and hub and bearings and i was good to go the next day. Afordable. Simple. Quality.
