Rancho Deluxe has built fifteen homes in this community ranging in price from $850,000 to $1.5 million with one recently completed (See Featured Project). The owner of Rancho Deluxe Fine Homes, Scott Deem, is an ICC Class B Licensed contractor for any single family home and commercial buildings up to three stories.

Conifer Ridge subdivision consists of 32 ten acre home sites. Of the 30 homes built in Conifer Ridge, Rancho Deluxe has built 15 of them. As the developer of Conifer Ridge, Rancho Deluxe was responsible for all county and state requirements, street and power layout, and the total land development of the project.
Rancho Deluxe has been instrumental in our county approval and all of our construction projects. Not only have they responded to our deadlines but the workmanship has been of the highest quality. Ramah of The Rockies is an outdoor adventure camp situated in the remote southwest corner of Jefferson County.
Denver Home Builder Association came to Rancho Deluxe to oversee a project for a man who had been living in a handicap inaccessible home. The home remodeling team widened doorways, put in new hardwood floors, and installed a chairlift for him to be able to access the separate floors of the home. Through the Habitat for Humanity and Scott Deem, sole proprietor of Rancho Deluxe, a home was built for members of our community in need.
