Reliance is such a great group of people. It is so nice to have a contractor that we can trust and rely on for all of our home project needs. Jon and Tyler are always helpful and responsive, even with folks like me who ask 1000 questions. We will never work with anyone else as long as these folks are in business!

He was an excellent communicator and always dealt with problems as they arose with such positivity and promptness. Because he is so great to work with, he has a great group of subcontractors that are top notch.

I first engaged Reliance Builders of Colorado in 2016 to finish my kitchen project. I was extremely satisfied with the ease I had in both our communication verbally and visually. The design meetings were always productive and never rushed. The straightforwardness working with Jon (owner) through each piece of my project were beyond exceptional. Reliance Builders of Colorado is professional and very patient. So, satisfied I was, I rehired Jon for additional work in 2017. We were lucky enough to have Jon remodel a downstairs bath approximately 5 years ago to an absolutely wonderful result. Thereafter, Jon and Reliance did a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen to another outstanding result. I have referred Jon to both friends and family on numerous occasions over the course of the years that we have known him and not a single person has been disappointed. His communication, problem solving, choice of subcontractors, and construction knowledge are unparalleled. Simply, there is no other contractor that I would use on the front range.
