Whether you have a complete design from an architectural firm or just a picture in your head, I can help you turn your concept into reality in a satisfying and stress-free way.
I can provide you with all the information you need to make informed choices and protect your investment. If plans are needed, Signature Homes will start with your ideas to produce them for your project; all plans are produced using CAD software. Plans are required to obtain a building permit for your project and to get accurate price quotations.

Bob is a terrific person and a great contractor. We hired him in 2013 to finish our basement in our home in Acton and then had him replace our roof later the same year. Our experience with Bob has been great - he communicates well, has great ideas, is easy to reach and is neat and courteous. This spring he will replace our deck. I recommend him highly!
