Unfortunately, I can't adequately evaluate the craftsmanship of the work, as AJR never gave me the chance to. I made an appointment to get an assessment of the job timing/cost for May 23, and it was kept. I was told I would get the estimate and potential dates to do the work on May 27. However, as of June 15 I still did not receive one, despite sending several emails and being told that I would receive the estimate "the next day". In fact, the last time I heard back from AJR was on June 5, when they responded to my email regarding the delay, apologized, and indicated I would get it shortly....
