First time using this travel agency to book a Disney trip, and Jo was WONDERFUL! Helped us plan a 25th anniversary trip for hubby and I and she was able to work her magic and get us everything he requested to be able to go with Covid restrictions. Jo gave us super helpful tips for booking attractions-and even got us a reservation for him to make his own light saber in Hollywood Studios! Jo helped my hubby arrange for our hotel door to be decorated and a cake to be delivered for our anniversary. She even had amazing cookies be delivered to us from her. My wife and I have used shoreline destinations for several years. Anything from a quick weekend getaway to our actual wedding in Mexico.
They are fantastic to work with and their entire team is extremely professional. They take care of you all the way, from transportation to resorts, reservation changes, etc.

We've used Andrea for a couple of our vacations (Jamaica and Cancun) and it's been great! We simply gave her some of the things we wanted in a destination and she came back within a day or two with a few options -- all fantastic options. 10/10 recommend! I want to start by saying, I have NEVER used a travel agent because I thought I could do just as good as a job myself without paying fees & I couldn't have been more wrong! WE PAID NO FEES for Andrea & her team to help us & we wouldn't have not gotten the low rates & all of the advice on booking a "star class" room tier if it had not been for her. This trip was our first vacation out of the U.S, and Andrea & her team made it so easy. From the start, Andrea was very personable and made sure to get all of the details. Planning a trip during Covid was stressful, but working with Anjli Patel at Shoreline made it smooth and stress free. Anjli made the experience easy and effortless for us. She provided us options of resorts in the Cancun area that had good safety protocols in place, testing onsite, and also a resort with top notch accommodations, service and food. She booked us an excellent room with a gorgeous view, and accommodated all of our requests. She checked on us during the trip to make sure all was going smoothly.
