Cupcake is located in a large plaza. You can't miss the signage of a huge cupcake in blue and pink.

I just called to book a birthday party here. I talked to Mike! He must be the manager there. He was rude! He didn't make me feel invited to have a birthday party here! An was abrupt when the day was booked! Nov. 14th! He sounded almost relieved to not let me have my daughters party here! Asked my name to be spelled a thousand times! Poor customer service! I hope their parties are better then the people that work there! And he hung up the phone quickly after!

Place has gone downhill. They no longer offer their "Trademark" cupcake which is shocking. It took effort and was delicious but most of them now are just minor variations of a few cupcakes that are pretty easy to make. Our family used to love this place and are sad to see what has become of their picked over selections.

I visited cupcake on a Saturday late morning. I purchased two cupcakes and two macarons for about $10. The price was good and the person who assisted me was very kind. The cupcakes were good but the macrons were only okay in my opinion . The macrons were quite dry and had little filling. The two we got were also inconsistent in size of the cookies one was much smaller than the other.

Good variety in flavors and dietary restrictions! They have a few vegan and a few gluten free flavors. I always love a place with options!
I ordered the mocha cupcake and the cheesecake one. They were good, but not the best I've ever had. I'll be back for sure since they do have options for people with dietary restrictions!

I've been a fan of the Cupcake brand for a long time. Their original location was in a place I went to weekly with a kid and we had the best sandwiches and the best customer service and OK cupcakes.
I've been to the Eagan location several times over the years, most recently to get a kit to decorate cupcakes at home. This was fun for my kids, and worth the drive and $$ to not have to make all the things myself.
I also decided to treat myself to some macarons, and Yelpers, they were stale. They were so stale I thought maybe the pastry chef just doesnt know how to make them except one

Establishment was impressive. Cinnamon roll was huge, very delicious. We purchased the cinnamon roll at end of the day and still was superb. The cream cheese was lush and the roll was perfectly coated in cinnamon. The Taylor Swift cupcake was not what we expected. It could have been better and was an average cupcake. Nothing to write home about

Stopped in for lunch today at Mason Jar Kitchen. Decided to get cupcakes to go. Got 2 cupcakes and 2 cake pops. For the price they should have been Divine! But....they were so bad we had to throw away. The cake pops were under baked and the 2 cupcakes were way old! Super Dry and the frosting was nasty. The Host that was running the front had no personality and didn’t offer us a bag either. Was raining really hard...so Thanks for that. Will not return or recommend. Target’s Bakery ROCKS!

Cupcakes were dry and way too expensive for my blood. $18 for 4 cupcakes and 2 macarons. Macarons were not good... pistachio one tasted more like walnut and cappuccino one tasted like when you make instant cappuccino and don't stir it all the way and you get those weird overly cappuccino tasting lumps... not the best. The young man at the counter did give great customer service but not enough to make us ever want to return /:

Walked in from out of town and needed to order a box of macarons. The guy says is it ok if they don't come in a box, sure no big deal. When I placed my order and he picked up the wrong item I corrected him politely and he said ok ok I know I made a mistake. For the price to be treated like that ....Not for nothing poor customer service would never ever go back.

I was disappointed to see that the MOA location and the Snelling location had closed. I was then pretty excited to see they now had a location in Eagan. It's not too bad of a drive from SE Minneapolis, just down Cedar, then down Cliff a bit.

Not good! We are in town from out of state. Searched for a bakery to enjoy an afternoon cupcake. Our first flag was the price of the cupcakes from $3.25 to over $4! But we thought hey, if they are scrumptious cupcakes then they would be worth it. Those prices were for regular sized cupcakes-like you make at home. We ordered the Red Velvet and Chocolate Peanut Butter-the cupcakes were old tasting and in texture when we cut into them. Cupcakes were dried out-the only thing holding them together was the hard lump of frosting on the top. I would not recommend this place at all.

Been here several times and each time there was a decline. Was in on 2 June. Service was poor. Drink service was slow and food timing off with 3 trips to deliver our entrees. My scallops came with a beurre blanc...something tasted off with the sauce. To much vinegar maybe...prefer beurre blanc to be made with lemon.
The end all was when we went to get a cupcake for desert. They were still selling the Michelle Obama cupcake. My wife asked if they will be making a Trump cupcake or an Ivanka cupcake. The server said "Never". I said let's go.

Really poor customer service. I walked in and waited forever for someone to acknowledge me. Eventually a young lady came over to see how she could help. I wanted to make an order for the next day. This would have been less the normal 24-he notice. That's fine and understandable if they couldn't commit to it. However, the woman behind her immediately scowled and said, "we don't commit to anything before 9am" and walked away.
Not a problem - Byerly's is down the street and will get it down at a lower price and infinitely better customer service.
