We met with Cay and Mitch today at CNY Home Improvements Kitchen and Bath to discuss materials and a price quote to renovate two bathrooms in our house. We were beyond impressed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by these young people, and were totally fascinated by Cay's ability to pull materials and colors together to create an amazing design scheme for our project. Needless to say, after a few attempts of achieving the same goal with some of CNY's competitors, we secured a contract with them today to complete the work. They have a showroom. I watched them grow. They had a 10’x10’ trade show booth with a single table and a flyer. A few years later, they moved into a giant building that was often empty. They hired, subbed and networked with a lot of friends, family and acquaintances of mine. Ryan is a really nice guy. It sounds to good to be true, but it’s actually a flattering story. Now, they are all over. They keep families, friends and most importantly, projects together. I even spoke with their father yesterday at the Home and Garden Show at the Fairgrounds. Hire this cream.

I was asked to leave a review after our kitchen project was completed. Most of the time I don't bother taking the time to review places, but with CNY I felt I owed them this much. First, I'd have to say the thing I loved most about CNY was their team. My wife and I heard about them through a friend who hosted a kitchen party to celebrate her new kitchen remodel, that happened to be done by CNY Home Improvements. CNY Home Improvements just finished a complete reconstruction of our master bathroom. The process from the first day to the last day was incredibly satisfying. The computer-based design process made it very easy to envision what our new bathroom would look like. The designer we worked with was so helpful - she really aided us in the decision making. Ryan, who was our estimator, did a superb job and we stayed on budget to the end of our project. Bob, the supervisor in charge of installation, checked in with us regularly to insure things were going as planned. Mike, our carpenter, was with us daily
