I've been buying furniture from House of Values for about 25 years, starting with my kids' bedroom furniture. By the way, we still have that beautiful well-made Vermont Precision maple furniture! Since then we basically furnished our entire house with furniture from House of Values. The couch we had in our family room for 15 years was indestructible. We only replaced it because we moved and changed colors/styles. On the rare occasion there has been a glitch with a piece of furniture, House of Values has resolved the issue, exceeding my expectations. Period. Can't say enough

House of Values will help you find the designer pieces you want at a reasonable price. Just ask for their catalogues or give them a name of the piece you want and they will find it for you. Their customer service is top notch, working to resolve any issues you may encounter to your satisfaction. I recommend working with them to find your favorite pieces at the right price.

Nancy is dynamite! And she is her own warehouse of furniture knowledge. We have bought much of our furniture here for over thirty years snd we are still doing so. The salespeople here are quite frankly super rude! The salesperson (tall, thin, white female) was super annoyed when we asked for help. The owner was trying to help, but she cut her off in front of us (customers) and was quite aggressive. I don't care if the prices are better than anywhere else! I will go to Flegel's, Macys, etc! Not OK with horrid customer service exemplified by that salesperson.

It's been many years since we bought any furniture.....but being home as much as we are with sheltering in place, I decided to replace our old recliner in the bedroom. I knew exactly where to go since this has always been my go to place in the 45 years we have lived here. Someone checked on me several times while I was looking. Found a floor sample I liked. They let me take the seat cushion home to try the color out in our bedroom. Found a area rug sample to bring home. Returned two days later to order the carpet and the recliner. Let me start with the punchline: Nancy and House of Values is awesome. Their showroom is hugely understated but the folks here punch waaayyyyy above their weight class. I could write a really long review explaining how disappointing the various places from where I've purchased furniture have been. But all you need to know is that Nancy went above and beyond to give me a great price and ensure the quickest delivery possible cross-country and mid-pandemic. The experience wasn't without its hiccups, but she made things right. Buy your furniture here, end or story.

We ordered a desk from the showroom. When we walked in we had to wait for ten minutes before anybody came out from the back to help us. The salesperson seemed annoyed that we were even inside the store. After a while we found a desk and we were told that it would take three or four weeks for delivery.
After two weeks we called to confirm the delivery date. This is where the wheels fell off. The salesperson told us that the inquiry about the delivery date was too intense and got very snarky.

We have been buying furniture here for 18+years. Excellent service. Just purchased a King bed frame, saved 45-50% off retail. All employees are very helpful, Nancy did a great job! Thank you . My son is now going to start buying his furniture here as he just bought his first home.

The price is really good for the quality of the furniture. The owner is the nicest person I have ever met! I forgot my wallet in the store and she asked my credit card company to contact me, she stayed 40 minutes late after the store close for me to get my wallet back.

Really beautiful stuff here but I'm in agreement with the other reviews noting the service or lack there of. We visit the store often and I also feel that it's so inconvenient for any of the associates to help or answer questions. In fact, they seem so annoyed and super unwilling to help. I've had just one interaction with a woman who I felt gave maybe half a $h!* but it was overshadowed by the associates who couldn't care less.

I inquired about a brand they carry and the woman said they only bring in their tables. So I asked about a sofa and she said "well we can order

When I emailed them, I got a fast response. And I liked being able to use their web site to access the web sites of some of the manufacturers they work with.

But most of the store was not accessible to me because I use a mobility scooter and there was a step up. Also, no employee greeted me while I was there.

So, I won't be buying anything from there any time soon.

Pretty good prices on high value beds, but truly awful service. They made it feel like answering our questions was the most inconvenient task in the world and they said they'd call us with a follow up on our options the next day and never did

I worked with Kim on ordering my new dining table. Very friendly and helpful. Table was very reasonably priced. Quoted for an 8-week lead time, it was ready in 3 weeks! Price included delivery to my condo in San Francisco. Delivery men were professional and friendly. The table is absolutely gorgeous. From start to finish, a very positive experience.

Decided I wanted a new dresser.....and went on an extensive hunt for the perfect one.

Came upon Stanely's Coastal Living line...and realized House of Values carried the brand...DGD's bedroom furniture is Stanley and was purchased here.

Sent a couple of e-mails to HoV...and received quick answers to my pricing and availability questions.

I needed to go in and look at finish samples, and check out the construction, so hubby and I headed over early this morning. Beautiful drive over the bay....
