How do you buy a home in a pandemic with historically low inventory and using a VA loan most sellers do not want to accept? Michael is how! I told him from the beginning that we had a laundry list of 21 items we wanted our home to meet. This included an extremely specific area of a neighborhood. However, the neighborhood we wanted contradicted many other items on the list that we wanted based on topography, age, and home features in that area. After months of searching, i thought Michael must be tired of us and our giant list. However, he would often get exclusive looks at homes before they listed

Tatiana Hall was so encouraging and supportive. She knowledgeably explained everything clearly and when I would express that it was hard for me to remember everything, she said, "No, honey, that's MY job, don't worry!" She was super accessible and available, and I didn't feel dumb asking lots of questions as a first-time home buyer.
