We needed to remove asbestos shingles on our roof in Sherman Oaks. Kevin and his team were professional, responsive and trustworthy. They walked me through everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. HUGE shoutout to Jaime (Haime), the lead crew member. We had an unrelated plumbing leak while they were here and Jaime jumped into action and really helped me avoid a terrible situation. He did so without asking for anything in return. After tearing up half of a room of old linoleum floor in our 1935 house before even considering the possibility of asbestos, I was truly panicked. Thankfully our asbestos tests were negative, but I want to thank Kevin for spending about 10 min on the phone with me explaining what the next steps in asbestos removal would be, possible costs, and reassuring me that my potential exposure was minimal. It's unlikely that my project would have been large enough for Nielsen's services had we needed asbestos removal, which really goes to show how much Kevin and his team value customer service

I had a wonderful experience with Nielsen Enviromental. Literally within a day of contact he was at our new house removing all the popcorn ceilings and getting all the aspestos out of our home. We had to remove 1400 sqft worth of Asbestos from our home which consisted of interior and exterior popcorn acoustic ceilings, acoustic walls, AC ducts and water heater vents. As we had quite a bit of square footage to remove, Kevin (owner) gave us a deal on the entire removal project and got all the work done in a day.

LIFESAVER!!!! A month ago asbestos was found in my rental property and so I began down the not-fun road of stressing, researching and meeting abatement professionals. I'm sad to say it was a disappointing experience. A lot of the companies I spoke to or met with never followed up, tried to convince me to do other (more expensive) work because they didn't believe there was espestos or just never showed up.
