TECS Environmental has been providing environmental compliance consulting to municipalities since 1993. Although it specializes in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit compliance, TECS also assists municipalities and other public agencies comply with other environmental regulations including: California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), South Coast Air Quality Management District rules and regulations, California Integrated Waste Management Act, and the Safe Drinking Water Act.
