Richard has been my HVAC maintenance technician since I bought my gas HVAC and he has done a thorough job at checking the inside furnace in the fall and outside compressor in the spring. He informed me on options available and let me ask any questions I needed to ask. Central City does a great job and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs

Replaced our entire split heating and air conditioning system, parts of which where 34 years old.
Called for (and received) service on Tuesday and realized issue was not worth repairing.
Sales consultant was here 10:00 Wednesday with 2 very good options. Ordered units while he was here.
Ductwork team came early Thursday to measure for all new ductwork in and out of air handler.
Installation crew (with new ductwork) was here 8:00AM Friday.
2:00 PM Friday we have a whole new system.
Everyone who came was great. Couldn’t be happier.

We had a (fairly WORTHLESS as far as I can tell) home warranty through Choice Home Warranty that left us for 5 days without heat and temperatures are in the 20’s at night. We are elderly and I am handicapped. When the company they supposedly use called and once again pushed back the appointment to fix at least another 2 days I called Central City. Best decision EVER!!! Central City came out within an hour - prompt, caring, honest, reasonable, professional and best of all - they fixed our heat! The dispatcher even called to make sure we were OK and that everything was fixed to our satisfaction

Central City installed the HVAC system and central dehumidifier in the encapsulated crawl of our new home. We moved in April 2019 and noticed the dehumidifier was increasing the humidity in the home. In addition it was also pulling the smell from the crawl space. Plus, we found many of the connections in the duct work were leaking air and not sealed properly.
Four calls and visits later we still have the same issues.
Quality work does not exist with Central City. The owner Paul doesn't want to address the issues.
We have reported them to the BBB with no response from Paul.

I can't begin to tell you about the excellent....outstanding service and installation of my new A/C unit. Wade Bingham, Mike Miller and their installation men went out of their way to complete the installation. They showed up at their exact times, assessed my needs and completed their work on time, on budget. I can't add anything else to recommend this fine team of professionals.
