Used this place in the past but I think it is now out of business. I have been trying to contact them for about two months both by the phone on their website and their website contact form. The phone never answers but goes to voicemail that is entirely in Spanish. No response from the website. I live not far from it and drove by. The signage is gone and the gates are closed during the day.

TL;DR: Good guy who seems into what he does but the details fall a short IMO. Also says he doesn't use oily products but our car comes back oily all over the interior and under the hood (photos). He offers to make it right which I appreciate and is the right thing to do.
Good communication and Jeff is a nice enough guy who I think really loves what he does and means well. He was able to restore some shine and depth to my wife's 5 year old white VW that lives outside. We had some good conversation at estimate and drop off. I'm an amateur and have done a few full details on my own

I cannot tell you just how earnest and hardworking this group of guys are. They went inch by inch over our car to let us know what would be improved by the detail and what could not be, they weren't interested in selling us false hope. That being said we went to pick up our car after the detail and it looked phenomenal. Again, they went over inch by inch to show areas that improved and those scratches that were too deep to have been eliminated completely. So glad I found Prime Detailing! They did an amazing job on my car. I just bought a used 2008 Lexus and while it was in decent condition when I bought it, there were stains in the carpet and interior walls, it had the scent of the previous owner, etc. These guys made my 2008 car feel brand new inside! The outside also looks amazing! Now it feels like my car instead of someone else’s. We’ll be bringing my husbands car in next. They were also just really nice guys!

Prime Detailing does really good and thorough work. I used to go to their competitor around the corner but couldn't stand the escalating prices and mediocre work so I decided to give Prime Detailing a try. My wife and I bring our relatively new Toyota Tacoma Off-Road, BMW Z4 and an old Toyota Solara SLE convertible here with no regrets. David/Jeff and their crew are nice guys too. I think their service is by-appointment only, so give them a call.

Jeff and his crew did an excellent job of paint restoration on my 2004 Jaguar XJ8. So good it looks like it just came out the showroom. Paint swirls gone, scratches gone. Jeff did more than was asked and used jet seal as he thought it was more appropriate for my car. Not only that but he gave me $50 discount off the final price. I will definitely be coming here now for all my detail jobs.

Took my Tacoma here. We have two dogs that shed a ton and the truck was full of dog hair. They were super cool about it and cleaned it all out. The overall detailing was very good and they didn't slop on the tire shine which I absolutely hate. Price was reasonable and the guys there were friendly. Will definitely use them again.

This place is awesome! I brought my car in to be detailed with my main concern being my cloth seats stains from kids in the back. Not only did they get every stain out. They also washed my toddlers car seat, and was able to buff out some paint from a fender bender. Talk about taking it to the next level. I'll definitely be back! Highly, highly recommend!

I am fussy about my car so pleasing me on wash, wax and detail can be tough. They washed, clay bar, sealed and waxed by truck. Removed some sap and heavy tar I wasn't able to get off. Removed some light scratches on the rear quarter panel and mudguard. They even put some protectant on my truck bed (built in liner). The job was better than expected. I will be returning.

They did a great job on the interior detail I ordered. Not only is everything cleaner than I've ever seen it, they also got out old stains (barf, sunscreen, chocolate -- oh god, yeah I guess that about sums me up) that I thought would be there forever.

I slightly recall coming to this location a few years ago to get my car detailed. But I stumbled upon this place again when I had what I thought were swirl marks on my car. The place looks different from what I remembered.

Took my girlfriends Volkswagen Golf in for a detail and they did an incredible job. Jeff was extremely thorough and even took the junk out of the side doors and center counsel and put them in plastic bags so the entire car could be detailed. The price is extremely competitive and felt like a steal after I saw the car. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a full inside and out car detail.

I just picked up my car from Prime Detailing Company and I am a very satisfied customer! Jeff and his team stated it might take 2 hours for them to finish Waxing, detailing and cleaning my car. However, they called me within an hour! I was so impressed when I picked up my car and so impressed with their service. The basic service of wax/detail came out to only $75, the best price in town! I bought a used Ridgeline a few years back, but I never had time to do a needed engine clean. The truck is great, but the engine area was so dirty I needed gloves whenever I opened the hood. I called around a few places recently now that I found some time. Prime Detailing made booking the appointment easy and for a very competitive price. I went by their shop over lunch and drove it out within half an hour (and they spay washed the entire exterior of my truck too). Update: David the owner contacted me and made good on his offer to redo my SUV. I am completely satisfied with the redo and appreciate David for that.
The owner David and his crew are friendly and seem enthusiastic about what they do. They detailed my mid-sized SUV for 275 which included steam cleaning and dressing the engine. That's a fair price considering other places would not do the engine clean for this price. Overall, I would say they did a reasonable job, not terrible, not great.
