I saw a groupon for a maintenance car detail for $139 from Detailz Car Care and decided to purchase it since I had purchased a similar groupon deal from another car detailer in San Jose about a year ago. That car detailer did an amazing job on my car and put in tons of hard work making sure to get almost every corner clean and looking as close to new as possible (at the same price), so I figured it would be the same with this car detailer.

My car looks so beautiful, as if it were years younger.
I was willing to wait, but their waiting room was being re-done. So Fernando drove me to a nearby coffee shop and dropped me off. It was very comfortable to wait there, and when he was done, he texted me and then picked me up.
I could not be happier with the services I got and with the attitude of the owner.

I don't know where all 5 star reviews come from, but the result is very disappointing. I bought a Groupon package and they upsell $60 for extra cleaning on seats. When I picked up, the interior leather is still with obvious dirt, the exterior...come on, how could I trust that you had waxed it at all? This is really not what I expected from a car detailing with more than $200!

I went to the Sonoma location and had purchased a Groupon for detailing a sedan.
I called up the place and had an appointment fixed at 9:00 AM on a Friday. The place is sandwiched between two other locations. Once you park in their driveway you get a quick run down on what they will do to the car. There is no waiting room so I went back to my office.
I got a message around 2 saying that the car will be ready in 30 min. I went to the place at 3. My car was ready and was parked in the driveway. However, no one was there so I called up the phone. The owner said that they had to deliver a car to

Fernando and his son did an absolutely amazing job! We found Detailz because of a Groupon deal, but upgraded to a slightly higher package because our newly purchased used car looked like it had never been thoroughly cleaned. Our car was beautiful when we picked it up. Everything was shiny and clean, the wheels were scrubbed fully, the interior (including the trunk) was vacuumed and steamed. There were a few small areas that had a smudge of dirt, but he was super attentive to fixing it when we pointed it out. I used Groupon for a maintenance detail on my sedan and was so impressed with the quality service! The appointment was easy to set up they even let me know about cancellation during a slot that better fit my schedule. I was extremely satisfied with their work- the exterior was spotless gleaming and the interior spotless. They even got some persistent mud off my mats that I hadn't been able to. It felt like I was sitting in a new car. And the whole process was only ~3 hours. Highly recommend!

So I have been looking to have ceramic coating done to my vehicle for a few years now and after very much research I decided to go with Opti-Coat. Looking at shops in the bay area I had narrowed it down to a few and ultimately decided to go with Detailz Car Care. Upon talking to Andrew over the phone and later meeting him in person I was sold by the wealth of knowledge regarding the product his friendliness and professionalism.
I scheduled my appointment to drop off my XC90 and was even offered a loaner for the 3 days he had my vehicle. He even left gas money in the cup holder which I gave back

I got a hand me down Nissan Quest 1997 and needed a major cleaning on it. We saw good reviews of this shop and thought we could try it out and we were very happy with the results! Fernando and his team did an amazing job in making it look a lot better than it was before. I honestly never seen my van look that clean. Fernando, the owner was very nice. He was responsive to my call to set up an appointment. I got the groupon and was very happy with the maintenance detail. The car looked great. I am extremely picky about my car. When I asked Fernando to touch up a few minor spots that no one other than me would notice , he was very very nice about it and made sure to ask if I was happy before I left. I will use his business for my car detail again. The other employees who work there are also very nice and customer service oriented.

First things first: The location at 682 Auzerais Ave is closed! For detailing, go to the place in Silver Creek, on 5460 Country Club Pkwy, it's only ten minutes away.
While I never met the owner, Fernando, this guy is amazing. I found his personal cell phone number from another review and called him. Even though it was after closing time, he answered all my questions and even texted me the address for the location.
When I went, maybe I got lucky, but I didn't have to wait at all, and right away 3 or 4 guys started working on detailing my car, a filthy 05 Subaru. Before two hours passed

These guys are good. I originally tried out the Express Detail which is a great deal for your everyday car wash. This last time though I took my wife's car in and I wanted to do something special for her. So, I got the Ultimate Detail and the her car looked better than when she bought it brand new. Their's really no other way to describe it. If you want your car to look perfect go see them.
