A Brachioplasty, also known as an arm lift, is a body contouring procedure that reduces excess hanging skin and help to reduce fatty deposits to reveal a more toned, proportionate, youthful arm. Liposuction is commonly used in conjunction with an arm lift to reduce excess fat. It's common for patient's soft tissue to become lax over time which leads to hanging skin underneath the arm.
A Body Lift procedure aims to improve the shape/tone of the body by removing excess sagging skin, cellulite, and fatty deposits. Typically, patients that lose a significant amount of weight are left with poor skin elasticity. After weight loss, patients can be left with an abundance of lose skin that simply cannot shrink down to the body's new dimensions.

So many things went wrong with HZ Plastic Surgery it is difficult to decide where to begin... I found them on line and read number of 5 star reviews. All good so far , however, the absence of before and after pics of man and the scarcity of those of women did get my attention . The "price tool" on the website seemed reasonable enough so I contacted the office. I asked about lack of pics on the website and was told by Brenda " We have many pictures of man in your age group by due to privacy issues we can't post them on line . You will be able to view them during your free consultation ". I explained

The interesting thing about Dr Z is his ability to work magic on ANY part of the body .... from head to toe. I think that is a rare talent, with so many plastic surgeons specializing in just one aspect of the body. I would literally trust him with any cosmetic surgery I was considering (and I have... and been thrilled with each!!!!) .... I am in awe of his artistic ability ... his attention to detail. Hello! My first appointment was with Michelle to get my lips done. She is absolutely amazing. Not speaking only about the results which was 10/10, but she treated SO well and made me feel comfortable.
2 months later I did my back lipo and exchanged my breast implants with Dr Z. Best choice ever! I am on my 3rd week post op feeling great and loving so much the results. All the best for Dr. Z and his awesome team!

Michelle Fletcher is a top notch nurse! She is very knowledgeable about injectables and is a excellent listener. I am very happy with her services and results. I went with a minimal natural look and very happy. She also is very good with me, as I am a super sissy with needles. The office is very clean and very nice staff. She also will show you before and after photos, which is pretty cool. She will explain everything to you, which is a plus to be informed and what to expect. Thank you! ;)

First let me start by saying I did a ton of research and had a few consultations before making my decision. One doctor wanted to do so much extra stuff that I didn't want or needed. So let me start my review on the Hz office. I called and that same day I had my consultation from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, everyone was super friendly. When I got called back with Frances I felt like I was talking to one of my friends, she was very thoughtful and very attentive when it came to listening to my wants and needs, I had absolutely no second thoughts when it came to booking my surgery

The entire staff was respectful, friendly, and professional.The front desk coordinator; Katherine always welcomes you with smile and makes me feel so comfortable. Professional, prompt and an incredible environment overall. I went in three months ago to utilize their new patient special and I'm so happy to have found this place! The doctor is courteous and the staff is wonderful. I thought they were a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very happy with every part of the experience and for sure recommend 1000%.

MICHELLE FLETCHER is an artist and a beautiful patient person ! I brought my 82 year old Mother in for her very first botox & filler . Dr Z is fantastic! His staff was fantastic! They make you feel like you're family! I had kybella done. The procedure that melts away chin fat. The results are nothing short of AMAZING! I was very nervous at first but Dr Z and his caring and kind staff will ease your fears. Dr Z takes all the time you need to ask any questions and he explains everything. The results I got from my Kybella treatments far exceeded my expectations My double chin is gone for good! I have had facials, microdermabrasion and chemical peels by Denise Muzzonigro and my experience was fantastic. She is competent, experienced and overall walk away as great. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I plan on seeing again soon and looking forward to another improvement in my appearance!
