This company is very incompetent and very unprofessional. After they removed the damage dry walls and areas that has very little water damage and ready to move forward to next phase to give their second estimate to my insurance they decided to discontinued their service just because I was concerned of their billing that cost my insurance provider almost 3k and their technician only spent as little as an hour to removed what needs to be removed. My wife and I had the absolute privilege of have Karl come to our house when our water heater started leaking. Not only was Karl very respectful and very professional, Karl was very personable. Edgar (Owner) is the worst, he is vulgar, loud, will not let you finish a sentence and to top it off, he LIES. I wish I've read reviews from Glen N Kahului, HI and Amanda W. Las Vegas, NV. This is the same thing I'm going through… with them. I am being threaten by Edgal with law suit or lean on my home and the payment is not due until 8/17/2019. The quality of the work performed by Drytech was clean and performed really well by their technicians. Unfortunately, their good work is overshadowed by front office shenanigans. There is a big communications issue. I called Drytech on May 11th after unusual rain caused damage to the house. Rudy came out right away to assess the leak and to lock in the job for Drytech. He told me that he was in charge of the Demo work and that another guy (Edgar) runs the construction portion. I’m glad I chose Dry Tech over whoever my insurance sent out initially. Everything has been great, after a weekend of relaxing I get home to no hot water. I called DryTech after I didn’t really feel like the “vendor” knew what he was even talking about. Drytech found that the burst water heater that split from the back had soaked all the surrounding walls and flooring even on the inside of my house! Edgar has been dealing with my insurance company from the very beginning and clearly these guys know what they’re doing!

I had a hot water explode and was given this company's information from my plumber. I went into this experience a novice and very naive. Edgar appears extremely knowledgeable and doesn't allow anyone questioning his motives or actions. The BAD is that he attempted to rip off my insurance company with what was equated to insurance fraud by trying to charge them for 10 hours of mitigation work, while it only took 6 hours. How do I know? Because I was there the entire time it took them. They were there by 930am, didn't get started until 10am, and were finished by 245/3pm. His company

If you can actually say you love a restoration company. Dri TEC was who our Home Warranty company sent out. From the beginning the guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Each step of the process from estimate to mitigation to the final walk through they eased my worries. The extra fee for using credit card is something we have run… into with other companies that have done work for us....but you pay by check and you don't have the extra fee. Company came out and worked on not one but TWO areas in my garage after my waterheater, then my AC unit decided to leak.
