My plumber called WFM when he noticed water damage from my water heater burst. Mike came out to assess the damage and got a crew out immediately to start the clean up process. Mike was wonderful, he called my insurance company and got the claim started for me. Throughout the whole process WFM was in great contact with me, just checking in to see how the repairs were going. Their customer service is 100% spot on.

My water heater burst at the worst time. I was referred to WFM, gave them a call and they came out that evening. They assessed my situation and made their recommendations in a clear, easy to understand way. They had a team of workers at my house the next morning and they checked up on it every day until it was all dried up. They even referred me to another company who did the needed repairs. The office staff checked in with me regularly and even followed up after everything was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Would totally work with them again.

Highly recommend this family owned business! Maria is available 24/7 and goes above and beyond in customer service, I can't thank them enough for all their help. My water heater broke and they came out within the hour to help me shut off my water and start the cleanup process. And they helped get me connected with my insurance company to start the claim process! I needed a plumber and reconstruction companies to get the process started and Maria got me connected in less than 30 minutes. The drying out process was noisy, but totally dry in 3 days. My dishwasher water line burst in the middle of the night. I caught it when I home. I quickly search a damage flood restoration company and found WFM. Highly recommended.
