I had broken two nails and asked to be seen last minute with no appointment. They sat me down as soon as I walked in the door and had everything fixed in less than 10 minutes! You can’t even tell the nail was broken. And then they didn’t even charge me. Thank you!

We called in for a same-day appointment, and they fit us right in. The salon is clean and efficient, and the staff is friendly and professional. Both of us chose the pedicure with paraffin wax -- the nail treatment on top of the wonderful massage chair made for a real treat! If we lived nearby, this would be a regular stop:)

Absolutely Terrible experience. Especially for what we pay to have our nails done. The reason I picked this place is that it was close to my work and I was pressed for time. I scheduled my appointment for 1 PM, I arrived at 12:45 PM to allow myself time to pick my nail color so that I wouldn't feel rushed. A lady named "Queenie" (fake name they likely picked per usual) was the one to work on my nails and I felt rushed pick a color. I was being kind and courteous and settled for a color because I felt pressured to hurry up though I still had 10 minutes before my nail appointment should

I love JC Nails! I won't go anywhere else in the Springs at this point. No matter the technician you get the quality will be amazing! I had my nails done today by Janet for an event and she did them perfectly! I'm ecstatic about the care and detail that went into my nails. I've tried other places but no one is as quick, affordable, and talented as this salon.

I went with my mom for my birthday. We got very similar designs on our nails but hers came out much better. The girl that did mine also seemed like she was rushing at the end. The environment was nice and everyone was very sweet. Great people, good prices. The nails weren’t perfect but I still love them.

I had good service here. The young man, Mick, I think, worked on both my nail set and pedicure that's very rare, IMO. I really felt he was attentive and listened to what I wanted took his time and didn't rush. I went with my daughter and granddaughter (who's 2). At first they didn't want to give my granddaughter her pedicure because she was too young but believe me my granddaughter loves a pedicure. She did great. I always get gel for the long lasting color. I have been on the hunt for a good nail spot in Colorado Springs for months. I found this place on Yelp and after reading such positive reviews I decided to give it a try and go see Johnny. BEST DECISION EVER. Johnny is so detail oriented and thorough and makes sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for if not more. I told him I wanted an almond shape and to make my full set thin and not bulky and he exceeded my expectations. I'm obsessed with my new nails and will be recommending this place to everyone!

The staff is always super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. When you first arrive they always offer you something to drink. I've had several nail techs there and they all do an incredibly thorough and fantastic job. The prices are incredibly reasonable and affordable. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I feel like I died and went to heaven. The massage chair was great but Kevin's expertise in foot massage, dead skin removal, nail filing and overall technique was none other than AMAZING.
Hands down: if you haven't tried this nail salon you're missing out.
I ordered the "Deluxe Pedicure" which was a Dead Sea salt scrub, foot massage and paraffin wax treatment completed with a perfect polish treatment.
I highly recommend this place, if I could give it 20 stars

T'was my first time being here.. she did my hand really good but so fast like she's ready for the next client. Foot spa was really bad.. I know for sure she's supposedly give me a foot massage but she was just only touching my feet. She wast doing it so fast too. I feel like she tryna get rid of me already lol my nails only lasted 1 week
