I am really surprised by the high reviews of this place. The man doing my manicure cut me in three different places. One finger (where he cut me twice) would not stop bleeding. You can see the red around my nail bed after it had slowed, which is blood not polish. Aside from a “sorry,” there was no effort to make it right and I was still charged the full amount for the manicure. I won’t be returning and thought I’d let others know about the poor job and customer service.

Really loved my time today getting a pedicure! We have tried so many different nail salons in the Springs and typically walk away feeling mediocre about our experience. Natural nails takes their time and pays extra attention to detail along with provides a peaceful space (that doesn’t leave you with a fume induced headache afterwards) to relax. Awesome color choices as well. As a licensed professional in the beauty industry, I was also very pleased with the cleanliness I witnessed at this nail bar as well! Thanks natural nails!

I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time, poor quality and way too overpriced. Also watched numerous people come in saying they have appointments and having to wait for long periods of time. I was not pleased leaving with a mediocre nail job for the amount of money I spent. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

I was looking for a new nail place after having a bad experience at a different local salon. And this was by far the BEST dip set I've ever gotten. I felt so cared for and not like an inconvenience. Things were explained to me in the process and my nails look beautiful! I think I finally found my go-to nail spot.

I love this place. It clean and we'll lit. The husband and wife owners are so professional and kind. They constantly check that you are liking the length and shape and don't lose patience when I can decide on a color. It does take a little longer than at some salons but I attribute it to the perfectionist job they o on your nails. Their pedicures have also been great.

I was a bit skeptical coming here but I work around the corner and really wanted to get my nails done during my lunch time. I called 20 mins before and asked if I could come in and she said "yes".
I'm so glad I came! I got seated right away. I showed them a picture of a nail color I liked off the internet and she and a nice man working there helped me find the right color. She did a phenomenal job on my full set. I will be coming back!!

Small, CLEAN, Friendly. May want to make an appt as the business is smaller than your average "strip mall" nail salon. They only have four chairs for pedicures and four chairs for manicures. Great service, prices very comprobable to other salons ($35 for Spa Pedicure). Highly recommend this establishment.

I enjoyed my wonderful experience at this small but complete nail salon! I called on the last minute for appointments for myself and granddaughter for Pedis and Manis . They were very accommodating . The environment was clean with attention to tools used and the soaking foot baths . All the technicians were wonderful . Not a lot of extra chatter which was fine with me .
My granddaughter was very excited as this was her first experience in a nail salon. They were kind and took time with her nails as well as mine . She was excited with the results !!
I will return on my next trip to Colorado Springs

I have heard great things about Natural Nails from friends. Finally stopped in and they did an awesome job! They truly care about the health of your nails and take their time. My 4 year old daughter even smashed my freshly painted big toe and they fixed it with no problem. They were fantastic! I will for sure be back!

The first time I went here was wonderful. Tina was my tech and she was friendly, gentle, and made sure both my finger and toe nails were perfect. They also have individually packaged tools, which has been hard for me to find in the Springs.
The second time I tried to go, they were booked with appointments, so I had to scramble to find another location.
Because their salon and amount of staff are small, I would recommend an appointment.
