I believe that as an early childhood educator I am responsible for providing infants, toddlers and young children with positive learning experiences. First most happy part I want to introduce myself I am happy mom of our little baby girl Naina my incredible joy of being a mom & funny memories that will be treasured for years this means you're leaving your child with someone who is comfortable caring for babies and children and who probably has a strong mothering instinct.
Once a child is old enough to understand the rules and disobeys them, by exhibiting inappropriate behavior (hitting, aggression, etc), hurts others, or property, the following developmentally appropriate guidance techniques will be used. Positive Reinforcement: The child will be encouraged when he or she is demonstrating acceptable behavior.

My Son went to this daycare for one year and he loves this place. Niharika treats kids with utmost care and help children in performing lot of activities. This is licensed daycare with friendly environment and nice curriculum. I highly recommend this daycare

I would definitely recommend this day care if you want your kid to be treated with utmost care. Niharika is really patient with all the kids and the most important of all is she really likes doing this job. i have sent my son for over an year and he did enjoy his time and also got some learning here.

My son is always happy when it's time for day care, so obviously he is enjoying his time at the day care. The teacher is well informed and methodical in her teachings and the kids adore her. My son finishes his food and never comes home with leftovers. Her teachings are very innovative and to the point.

If you are looking for a licensed home day care provider in Elkridge/Columbia area, then look no further than Little ducklings day care. My child was 7 months old when I started my new job and Niharika was so gentle and caring and made the transition very smooth and easy for both of us. She was always accommodating to my mid day phone calls to check on my child to looking after working hours when I was delayed by traffic. She is very good with reading books, setting the sleep pattern, enabling the child to become independent with eating/clean up, sharing etc.. my child became very attached to her

Perfect place for child care with creative entertainment. Clean and safe environment with reasonable and affordable prices. Our son is going to Little Ducklings day care since he was 18 months old and he is almost 3 years and he loves to go there. Teacher is so caring and perform lot of activities with kids. Teacher used to update us about daily activities and provide photos and videos every day. My son make lot of friends over there and tell us about his friends every day. We feel this is safe and friendly day care.
