They all meet NAEYC standards and receive regular professional development training hours in the area of Early Childhood Education, CPR & First Aid and Safety. All employees go through a background & criminal history check and medical before starting.

Our Infant participate in Art & Crafts by using their foot prints to make things come alive. Go to pictures to see the things come alive. Parents must supply three complete weather appropriate change of clothing. In addition, disposable diapers, wipes, bibs, bottles & formula and ointments are required to be supplied and replace as needed.
Children should begin toilet training no sooner than 20 months. Forcing your child to train before he/she is ready can result in bed wetting, frequent accidents, constipation or regression in times of stress. Language skills, the ability to say "potty" or some other term which indicated that your child needs to use the bathroom.
Our two year old program is based around weekly themes, patterning, following directions, and reciting finger plays, picture puzzles, reciting days of the week, months in a year, Counting, Colors, Numbers, Letters & Shapes, Nursery Rhyme Activities, Math, Science and Music Movement. The ability to comprehend, utilize, and manipulate language may be the single most powerful skill a person can develop.

Our son is 2 and has been attending Higher Heights Education Center since July part time. He started and was struggling with separation anxiety, a lack of social interaction skills and speech delay due to COVID isolation. He has now caught up with all and we recently moved him to full-time.
The teachers are all very attentive and supportive, we get daily check in's and photos of events. My son is always smiling when we pick him up and he gladly runs into school each morning.

I am grateful to have such a great team of teachers working with my daughter. She's learning so much information and I love it. My children's ages are 26, 19, 17, and now this beautiful 3 yr old. What was I thinking?
Nevertheless, I would not be able to work in peace if she wasn't safe and in a clean environment. You guys rock!!!

I absolutely love and adore Higher Heights!!!! My son has received awesome care over 3 years plus. I recently just had my last child and I would only send her to Mrs. Rodgers! We have a provider that treats my children like her own! And the staff is welcoming and warm! I hope this helps any other potential parent.

My children have attended this childcare center for over 5 years. Owner cares very much for all of the children and their well being. Organized well and they receive a top notch education. My children were far better prepared for Pre-K and Kindergarten by having them attend this center. This is not your typical at-home daycare. This is an education center that is structured and has your child’s learning interest at the forefront. I would highly recommend sending your children here.

My children has attended Mrs. Rodgers daycare for several years. Her staff and curriculum are the best! The teachers have prepared my children so well for the transition into school and now they are excelling. Mrs. Rodgers is a loving and caring director who ensures the safety of all the kids that attend her daycare. Safety, education, cleanliness and healthy foods are a priority for her and the staff there. I would and have recommended others to Mrs. Rodgers Neighborhood Daycare and they have loved it as well.
