DO NOT use this guy. He gave me a estimate on fixing my grill. I paid in advance for the parts.Over $850.00 in parts and labor would be another $375.00 when He came back to finish the job. He came back 2 weeks later to try to fix the grill. Which still did not work. He sent me a bill for $675.00 for his labor. I then text him how did the labor go up 300 more dollars. He then said oh I'm sorry I guess I said that. The grill still not working he said I would need another part for $250 so I paid him again $375 for his labor and $250 more dollars it has been a week and a half and he has still not fix

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Whatever you do, don't trust this technician. Curtis billed me $500 and after three months and 4 visits never fixed my appliance. My appliances are less then 2 years old and my problem is a simple heating coil and a light that needs to be replaced.
He canceled multiple times last minute after I took off work to meet him and would upon his reschedule request only give me a single option for a reschedule acting like it was my fault that he couldn't show up. If I could give negative stars I would do it.
Curtis comes across as a nice guy but at the end of the day he's a crook! I
