The ignition on our oven went out and Zuta was able to get their staff out to diagnose and replace on the same day.

After shopping around a bit for a repair service to fix my dishwasher I ended up choosing Zeta and am very glad I did. The price was very reasonable and Tiago was extremely nice and professional. While fixing the internals of the washer itself he pointed out to me some rotted out wood the washer was bolted to that was causing the washer to be unstable and shaky. I always felt that the washer moved around way too much and that explains it. He finished the job quickly and even taught me where to put dish soap to clean and and make the washer smell nicer. I will definitely be calling Zeta in the future

I highly recommend Raphael for his great customer service and dilligence. Alex, whom I wrote a review for, no longer does field work. But it is great that Zuta keeps hiring hard working and friendly people like Raphael, who helped unclog my dishwasher. Even though it was late into the evening, Raphael still took time to clean everything up impeccably and offer helpful maintenance tips. He took all the necessary time to do a professional job, even though his previous project went over schedule and he encountered rush hour traffic getting to me. Otavio was so polite, courteous, on-time and smart. We were grateful for his expertise and skill in fixing our fridge. We hope to not need an appliance repair again any time soon, but we will definitely call Zuta and ask for Otavio in the future if something breaks.

Very easy to set up appointment to look at my 12-y/o dishwasher, for $75 (applied to any services you might later want). The service tech came right at the beginning of the 4-6pm window and examined the dishwasher. He promptly identified the faulty motor and explained that it would be $225 to replace + $310 labor to install, and I can get the part and do the repair in a couple days. I said I wonder if we should get a new one instead. He said that would be $1500-1700. I paid him the $75 and checked with wife. We checked wirecutter - top D/W there (Bosch 300) is $900 ($1200 installed) from Home Depot

Otavio easily diagnosed the problem with one of our refrigerators in the apartment building I manage. The ordered part took a little longer to arrive than quoted and required a call from me to find out. However both the refrigerator and tenant were very happy when the work was completed. Otavio went over and above in helping us out. Friendly, competent and clean work. Will definitely hire Zuta again when the next appliance issue occurs here at the apartment building. I should also mention the woman I spoke with on the phone for scheduling and inquiring about the part, was kind, competent

Otavio from Zuta fixed my Kenmore dryer (replaced rollers and belt) and washer (replaced gasket), quickly and professionally. It was a difficult job because my stackable system is in a custom cabinet. Otavio helpfully and patiently assisted in unstacking the unit. He also pointed out a fire risk---my vent was crushed. For both repairs, Zuta quickly got parts and rescheduled immediately. They didn't waste any time, and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'm certainly going to call Zuta again if I need help :)

I recently had an issue with my washer and also my oven. I spoke with Penny, who is very couteous, on the telephone. Octavio arrived very timely and made an assessment of both issues. Parts were ordered and after a few days repairs were made. Apparently parts are not as readily available since the pandemic. Octavio and his helper Rafael are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Zuta Appliance.

So I found Zuta here on Yelp and I messaged them and literally within minutes Penny got back to me! I was so surprised at how quickly they reply! She was very informative and had answers to all my questions.

A little inside on what I needed fixed was our washer machine! It's stackable and not all appliance companies fix stackable appliances but Zuta does! She quoted me at $99 because that's the price if you have a stackable and that's for them to come out and assess the problem but if they work on it then they

They were knowledgeable but ended up recommending replacement and then still charged me $60 for the diagnosis. Is what it is - something to keep in mind.

We unfortunately had a very poor experience with Zuta. They came to address a dishwasher issue and quoted $185 to fix it, the "fix" being to use a rental wetvac to vacuum the drain hose and garbage disposal. I was skeptical that it would be the right long-term solution but the technician Tiago was confident that it would fix the issue. I even asked him if we should instead just replace the dishwasher given the high cost to fix it but he assured me this would take care of the issue.

3 months and 2 weeks later the same issue came back and their response was that it'd be another full

I called Zuta Appliance Repair when my refridgerator/freezer was on the blink. The technician that came out was very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and patient. He had to have patience because each time he replaced a part something else went wrong. Thanks to the Administrative Staff and Octavio the problem was solved. The Administrative Staff did an awesome job of scheduling me with Octavio so there was not a long wait time. Octavio did the work and my refrigerator is working perfectly!

Really impressed with Zuta. I have a fancy and annoying Italian made Bertazoni range that a few other companies refused to work on. Otavio is probably the best repair tech that I’ve hired in the last decade. Super bright, a good sense of humor and didn’t leave until the issue was fully solved to my liking.
