It feels good to work with a well run company and our experience with Infinium Solar was stellar from beginning to end. Out of 3 estimates, theirs was the best price, using the latest technology and without a long wait time. Jeff was so patient in answering all of our questions. We found their team to be incredibly efficient, friendly and responsive - less than 2 months from contract signing to permit approval. The installation itself took only 3 hrs. Contacted Infinium based on the reviews AND Solar Technologies who did the original install was going to charge and arm and a leg to do this. Thankfully ST referred me to Infinium. I needed our panels taken off and re-installed for a new roof. From beginning to end, Nicholas was awesome - great communication, easy to understand process, great crew, nice office staff. Not one issue to report other than GREAT service. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We used Infinium for our small solar system. They provided excellent service, fast response and competitive pricing. We recently installed a metal roof and many solar installers do not work with metal roofs including Tesla. Among several others that do some never evem bothered to reply. Infinium was always repsonive and never oversold. I knew the size and type of panels so we didnt go through a lengthy presentation. I bought my panels there and my breaker box, as well as my inverter. the only problem is with the inverter, I have been through 3, and the first worked about 4-5 months, and then just quit. I was told by the company that made it it was a batch that was sold in bulk and had been stored improperly. I bought a new one, that was suppose to be more than enough for my system, same brand It was more technical than the first, It worked for about 2 months then it stoppped working, sent it to the manufacturer for exchange, now the 3 one is not working. and ML, and the manufacturing company stopped answering

After getting number of ridiculously high estimates for solar system, for our house (Santa Cruz county), we decided to do our own installation. ML solar designed the system for us and guided us through the application process; their customer service is unparallel. After getting several extremely high prices for the installation of solar, a friend recommended Danny at ML Solar. We were shocked at the difference in price. Entered into contract with them the past August. Worked with Danny initially with my quote (lowest price after looking around). As the project continued, talked with him and Jeff. Went through different hoops with HOA, layouts, permit process. Probably corresponded 30x times with questions and such. I bought a one-off 160 Watt solar panel 2 years ago for $160. Buck a watt! Panel works great. I run a 60 liter ARB fridge freezer.
Danny hooked me up with the largest panel that would fit "discreetly" on my van. I bought glue on frames. Never used them because I cannot make up my mind where I want the panels. Ended up using Walmart ratcheting straps to secure them on my Yakima rack system. I screwed in electrical conduit straps as an extra measure of security. I can take the panel down and use the solar and battery pack anywhere.
It's been through a lot. I ran it into my carport twice. Next,

They were extremely helpful through the whole process of designing my ground-mount system and getting it permitted through Santa Cruz County (no small task) which allowed me to do all the construction myself. We Got RIPPED OFF!!! ML Solar sold us 64 burnt out, used BP solar panels they promoted and sold us as being "made in the USA," but the panels are actually made in Australia. Freight delivery ($880) arrived 4 days late and to make matters worse, I had to unload each panel myself since the pallets on which the panels were stacked were too heavy for the truck's lift gate. Add to this the fact 6 panels were damaged, and a number of them don't even work and you've got what we like to describe as a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! To him that has an ear, let him hear...

I self-installed my PV roof system and got everything from MLsolar. Danny was very knowledgable about all the parts and pieces that are necessary, especially for a first timer. The people that work there are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to ANYTHING solar. If you're fair with the owner, he is fair with you. Don't take advantage of that. They stick by their products and take care of their customers. I recently purchased a Solar Panel from Danny at Ml Solar. He was helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. I was left with zero buyers remorse!
They had many options and I especially liked how he was interested in the best system for my needs not just the most expensive. After I picked out my panel, Danny was able to find me some extra lead connectors that they had laying around for cheap.
They expertise was no additional charge and was the most valuable component of my experience.
