So I do not have an account ... asked if they could break a 20.00 bill... asked for 2 tens... the teller told me she couldn’t break my 20 because she had track the money ...? What does this even mean? If you don’t want to break my 20 then tell me “I don’t want to give you change”.! But don’t LIE ! Refuse service to a non customer / Forgivable .... LIE to a non customer ... non customer for life!

I'm so disappointed and shocked that a credit union on base doesn't participate in shared branch banking. I talked to them about moving money at another credit union and they don't do that. Every base I've been at has a bank that does so I'm surprised this place doesn't offer that. Gets you to stay with them but I don't need to and I love my bank so it just makes me stay put.
