This credit union has gone to the damps since the previous CEO was there . I called to have an innocent overdraft fee removed from my account and they said they could not do it. That after calling several times and wasting my time with no follow up. I guess I am just a small fish in this pond and because I don’t have a huge balance on my account then to them I mean nothing keeping in mind i have banked here for 10 plus years. In this day and age of people loosing their jobs and every penny counts then I would rather take my business to the big banks where I know for sure what to expect. Thank

I went to the tellers window at the drive through today to get two rolls of quarters and I was asked if I was a member. I told her no and she started this lecture about how they don’t give coins out to non members. I said they have done it plenty of times and just fine, so I got my $20 and left. My main bank is out of state and I live across the street and have often thought about becoming a member mainly because of how I was treated in the past. Well, no more, your teller ran this possible client away. It was a roll of quarters, is there a shortage?

When I decided to refinance my vehicle, there were lots of questions. Allegiance CU made it easy! They got me the best rates, walked me through every step, and then we did everything online. They were so understanding and helpful and that means a lot!!!

I've had so many frustrating banking experiences, so when I needed to setup an account with my fiancé he suggested Allegiance. I was so hesitant since it's not a typical bank I think of. He was right. I have had nothing but good experiences since we opened an account together. I am so much less stressed about money. Seriously the place to go.

I have been a member for many years. Even when I relocated to the East Coast, I continued banking with Allegiance. Although a number of years passed before we have made great strides electronically, I never encountered any problems with accessing my accounts to pay bills, withdraw/deposit cash, or even to get a car loan! I have since returned and still enjoy great Customer Service-in spite of Covid!! What's not to love about the wonderful, knowledgeable and caring individuals this CU is comprised of. If your looking for a Class A banking institution, you should check out Allegiance C.U.

Terrible website/mobile banking. All i want to do is a simple external transfer from my savings to another bank. Good luck. It cant be done when i log in...i tried "transfer funds-make a transfer," (i mean, why would it be that easy???) then I was told it has to be done through "bill pay," not transfers, well i cant access that either...it says "there are no suffixes eligible for enrollment." I've called and everyone leads me to the same dead end.
The android app is even worse.....

Update: Trying to get help with a purchase being declined. The young lady had an attitude. Kepted not listening to me. Said she couldn't help me. Wouldn't get me a manager. So here I am again. Yet again calling out an employee who just seemed to not want to help me. Or get help.

So I wasn't expecting anything to come of this. I was just expressing my extreme disappointment. But I just got a call from Allegiance from their CEO on a Saturday about my post. Sincerely and whole heatedly apologizing for the experience I had. I was shocked and thankful at the same time. She didn't have to do

ATTN: Auto Loan Customers- you will need to verify the balance on your auto loan, as Allegiance added almost $14,000 to my balance without my knowledge or consent for insurance "they didn't know that I had." Once my agent faxed in proof of coverage, they refused to go back & refigure my payments, as more of my payment was going towards interest versus principal due to the additional balance they tacked on unnecessarily. Proof of auto insurance is mandatory when purchasing a new vehicle. That has to be provided at the time of signing the paperwork and becomes part of that paperwork and can be easily

A wonderful modern banking experience. The marketing department is constantly on top of providing useful information in a fun way. This is a credit union that cares about the community they serve. Banks stink. Allegiance has never made me feel like I'm a number. They greet me by name. I want customer service, and I don't need to exclusively bank online (though I could). They have everything a regular bank has, but not the punitive fees.
You should give them a try.

Member since 2000. I have had an excellent relationship with Allegiance for over 16 years. I know that when I use them I get the best customer service in the industry. The online account information is available 99% of the time. Quite a record. One that other C.U.'s should emulate.
