The staff members at Glen’s Towing are soooooo different from any other towing company in my area! My car was completely damaged in a flash flood caused by Hurricane Ida. Glen’s towing treated me with respect and kindness from the moment I called. When my car still had not come up in the computer as recently towed, Christine told me to wait 15 minutes so she could go walk all the lots to make sure my car had not been mistakenly forgotten or incorrectly logged in. While other towing companies never called me back Glens towing returned my calls promptly and professionally. I cannot say enough

After my review, received a call from Glenn's towing and they want to make thing's right and assured me that my concerns with the job on my car would be addressed. As true to there word, all of my concerns was addressed and fixed without any extra cost to me. First impression always means alot but there surely covered all bases on this one. My son was charged $500 for a 3 mile tow after he was the victim of a hit and run accident.
The police called them, not us. The tow driver had no more contracts with him and didn't know the prices. A likely story.

This is a dark and sinisterly place. If you're a trucker, I beg you to run the other way, no matter if the towing will cost you more. Spot the red flags and be smarter than me: One of our trucks was towed (never asked the truck driver, the towing operator just took our tractor to Glen's for unknown reasons)for what he described a quick fix: an open air line.

Service took over 1hr to arrive even when my allstate free towing was already on the way but the cop insisted that I use Glenns. Glenns driver promised that I'd be able to pick up my car the following day early Saturday morning..since the intention was to get the car away from the area of incident ...false! Deliberately did so then office said no releases on Saturdays so then I'd have to pay additional storage fees for Saturday and Sunday which is like an expensive hotel ! a 3 mile distance with initial estimate $600 thereabouts costing turned to about $1k due to additional storage.deceptive driver

I had my car towed from the side of highway about twenty minutes from Glens towing today, The driver was there in about an hour but I can't be upset about that due to the terrible traffic. Was in NY on my way to NJ in a work vehicle. Showed up at Glen's because the truck was having problems. Explained to Glen that I was on a job from Massachusetts and hoping to be able to finish with the truck. Unfortunately the truck was in need of big repairs. However Glen was willing to do whatever he could with his staff to get Us on the road. When it was diagnosed with serious issue he let me know right away and got on the phone with my boss to inform him of the issues. I sat in the lobby and was in a welcoming environment and got to see his shop go about the daily activities. NOBODY SAT STILL

I have been using Glen's towing since the NY State police provided an introduction to his tow service following my sons near miss with a deer; that accident was 14 years ago. Since then, over the years, I have had Glen and his great team work on almost every car I have owned or leased.
This week with all the mess of the storms etc. my geriatric Tiguan needed for some body work - Glen's team got the work done and had the car ready on time and did a great job despite the weather.

These guys are great!!!! The tow driver was fantastic he pushed my car out of my garage and got it on the truck in no time. My car wouldn't start and the problem was minor, corroded contact clamp, they fixed it in 5 min. I was expecting it to be worse and I would have to get a rental car for a week. For the last 35 years, I've been trailering my boat from my home in VA to my beach house in Gloucester, MA. My endless nightmare has been a trailer/truck breakdown on I-95 in NY/NJ/Conn on a weekend, when I travel.
