We started off from Thornwood Auto Body. In the body shop business every repair you do must be 100% accurate. If you install a new door and it is slightly off the customer will complain of wind noise or water getting in. We used to restore $100k cars & we didn't want just anyone towing our customers cars back to them.

The man came within 15 minutes of my call. He carefully got my car on to the flat bed truck and efficiently avoided a traffic jam driving my car to the service station. I would def use them again!
Now it’s 2 years later and I had to call them again. They still answered the phone quickly and towed my car within an hour of me calling them. So much better than Stiloski ever was. They are great and I can’t recommend them enough!!!

So I proceed to call and an irate guy picks up as I give him the address he proceeds to tell me that doesn't exists and is insanely impatient (I'm not from around these parts so it took me a min) then I call the company back because I need them to meet me where the care is impounded and he proceeds to yell at me like he lost his mind as I proceed to ask him to calm down he could've just said no he hangs up on me, RUDE , then I text him to let him know his customer service needs help and that I was gonna yelp him he proceeds to tell me he's gonna call his lawyer, needless to

Hey man, i was stucked from 5am in the morning trying to fix my camry, but no success, around 330pm, i decided to call different tow company, there was a truck company that they said 175 to hook up plus 5 dollars each miles, iwas like hell no, then i called weschester towing and he said he be there in 30 minutes, 15 minutes later he arrived, nice and smooth. Thanks pal. Good work. I will save this number for future reference.

My brother went on a weekend trip and left his 3 series BMW parked in a tow away zone. I wanted to get his car in our driveway but I didn't have access to his keys. I reached out to Westchester Towing to have his car towed to our driveway. Without access to his keys coupled with my narrow neighborhood street, I was concerned for potential damages/scratches to the car. Pleasantly, there were none!! The driver perfectly towed my brothers car into our driveway and charged such a reasonable price; especially considering the obstacles.

Thank you for your review, but we have never said "NO & hung up"... we say "We don't have a driver available at this time" & suggest another tow company.
Hmmm. NEVER is a long time... It would be great to be able to police your employees so that they always act accordingly, but sorry - my review stands. Notice, no "sorry about your experience" acknowledgement.
