We are Anne and Taylor, a mother/daughter duo that have food allergies. We are Celiacs and More. We are into nutrition and also great tasting food. Believing that food is nourishment for the soul as well as the body, we went to work, creating new recipes and re-creating old family recipes!

You can choose to send 1-time, or choose to subscribe to have them automatically sent to you on your schedule. Whether you're receiving or gifting holiday products or a birthday cake, or making sure you're never without your Paleo Staples, you're all set with our Boxed Deals.
Cake prices include basic design, a written message, etc. Intricate detailing/design will increase the price. We recommend placing custom cake orders 3 days in advance, but can often accommodate same day orders (please call for same day rather than sending the form at bottom). Custom orders for cakes and cupcakes are non-refundable.
We offer consults and tastings at our Medallion Center, Fort Worth and Frisco locations. Consults are set up for you and a guest to meet with our Cake Designer and sample 5 mini cakes and discuss design options. Please make a total of 5 selections from our Classic, Specialty, or Build Your Own (choose a cake and an icing) to taste during your consultation.
We have cupcakes available at each location every day and also have local delivery available around DFW, including Rockwall area! Every week we launch a Cupcake of the Week, or COW. They launch on Fridays and are available until we sell out. There is almost always an Egg Free COW as well. We do our best to make enough for them to last one week, but sometimes, due to extreme demand, we run out early!

This is packed full of flavors, and sweetness. I ate this one here, and took home my usual Carrotcake cupcake with butter cream icing.
Staff is super nice & helpful. The store is spotless, and well-organized, as usual.

This has been my go to for all things bakery for my son who has food allergies! He loves the 5 grain buns, biscuits, hotdog buns snd and the vegan sugar cookies! I know that i am one person but yo have a place to go to that is close, reliable and delicious is priceless!! The staff is amazing and the manager as well! My son eats the 5 grain buns for breakfast with jam, and i use it to make a turkey sandwich to pack for lunch at school. The vegan sugar cookies and vegan vanilla cupcake are a go to for birthday parties and he doesn't feel left out when he's at parties and classroom parties

Guys. I've had celiac for almost 15 years. The idea of freely eating any baked good without guilt or fear is a little gobsmacking. I bought two cupcakes and their pizza crust. THEY GAVE ME A COOKIE. It. Had. Sprinkles! The cookie was delicious, soft, and flavorful. The cupcake was a revelation. Go here. Eat all the things.

I'm visiting from out of state & I was looking for healthy options to snack on. I was out shopping & decided to stop by this keto friendly bakery! I bought some cupcakes as as well as tiramisu to support my keto diet! I wasn't disappointed as the chocolate keto cupcakes were moist & delicious! The samples of the keto bread was also delicious!

Unrefined bakery is a food sensitivities dream come true!
I started eating paleo back in 2013 and since then my diet has evolved to accommodate my body's specific food sensitivities.

WORST experience I have ever had with a bakery. Not only was there little to no communication between Martha (the cake designer I worked with) and myself but my cake truly came out like she did not try at all. Typically in my experience bakeries just require a card on file and charge you when you arrive for pick up but this bakery required my full payment up over the phone which I'm sure is why there was such an apparent lack of effort. For reference, I've attached photos. Left is what I wanted, right is what they gave to me. I wanted my cake to have the number "23" written

A birthday cake was ordered and prepaid and were told that the cake would be ready at noon and they would notify my daughter. She called a few times and no one answered the phone....she left voice-mail each time requesting a call back to notify her about the cake. They never called to say the cake was ready and never called in response to her voice-mail messages. We waited all day and heard nothing....party was ruined and I drove in rush hour traffic from Carrollton to north Dallas to get the cake before they closed. Not only did I spend a lot of time and money for gas....but the party was ruined

I needed a vegan cake for my son's baptism. When the bakery I normally use was closed for their move, I turned to Unrefined Bakery. I worked with Martha on my design requests, and she nailed it! Purchased 2 for my partner's birthday. My son has an egg allergy and I didn't feel like baking.
Wow! Rich, moist, frosting is perfect balance of sweet and whipped. I couldn't tell that this was made without eggs!
I also purchased the strawberry vanilla vegan cupcakes - not as tasty as the chocolate ones.

They were good with communicating with me for my custom cake. However, my vegan birthday cake was not good. The cake was very dry and grainy. The detailed piping was not the color that I asked for. It was pretty sad because I was excited to find a place that did vegan cakes, only to not enjoy it at all. Spent around $60-$70 on a cake that nobody wanted another slice of.

My girlfriend and I stopped by this place for some cookies. We found this place on Yelp nearby and decided to stop by. We are not diet restrictive or anything but this place seems to cater to those who are. The store seems rather small however it offers a wide variety of cookies, cupcakes, cakes and even sandwiches. We purchased 2 of their iced cookies and left. It was rather crumbly and crisp-ish like I was eating pre-packaged chips-ahoy from the store. This place is excellent! I tried three different types of cupcakes from the carrot cake to the chocolate to the vanilla all were excellent textures and NOT too sweet like most cupcakes tend to be.
I am not gluten-free but I was really happy to be able to share these with my gluten-free friends. Although it is a little pricey it is worth it because it's the only bakery around that I can fine with gluten-free cupcakes ready at all times.

I was in need of a morning coffee while my friends were patroning another store in this strip. I went to Unrefined Bakery hoping for a pick me up and a restroom. Lucky me-- I found both! Aside from fulfilling my caffeine fix, I got a few sweet treats. I appreciate all the options they have for various diets/food restrictions. Just because your vegan/paleo/keto...doesn't mean you shouldn't get to indulge your sweet tooth! Something for everyone!

Okay, here's the deal. I'm sure the other bakery items are great...but, the hubs and I are Keto. They have very little to offer us.
We thought we would stop in a grab a cupcake...until I saw the size. The Keto cupcakes are tiny! Sitting next to the others, it looked like the baby of the fam...AND, they were $4.50. Each tiny cake had a smidge of icing on top. They were sad little morsels.
We passed. They had 2 Keto pies and 1 cake by slice. We bought 2 Chocolate Raspberry cake slices and 2 slices of Dark Chocolate Silk pie. Both frozen. We tried the cake. No flavor of raspberry cod chocolate
