Great Mens clothing store! I took my dad here to find a suit for his divorce hearing. Super messy divorce but not a messy suit! I'm thinking this suit will really help him in the hearing. He needs all the help he can get! Ha! Our salesman, Worth, was really helpful with this. He really got my sad looking his best. The suit will definitely be the statement piece since he doesn't have any hair left. Anyways, wish him luck! And thanks Worth!

Fashionable formal outfits and outstanding service! I landed in Charleston on Friday for a friend's wedding over the weekend; I had to fly in from a different location than initially planned, which meant I did not have a suit on me. They fixed me up with a fantastic summer tan suit and did alterations overnight! Saved my life. Prices are pretty good as well. Totally recommended!

While on a business trip noted I could use a new rain coat. Bought a beautiful, heavy fabric, wax coat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even recommended me a good restaurant and helped me with the reservation. Great collection of slightly old fashioned, but quality clothing. An interesting experience.

Awesome store that inspires the tradition of the true southern gentleman. From their complete line of Peter Millar to made to measure suits and sport coats they are a can't miss every time I'm back in town.
So sad they took down the portrait of our general, Mr. Robert E. Lee, I hope yankees haven't gotten a hold of the place. I hope to see it back someday soon ;)

Been a couple of years since I've been in this store. We returned one time after I left the last review, and here's how it went.
All the salespeople clustered toward the middle of the store and were talking to each other. Our previous salesperson ignored us along with the rest of the group except for what I gathered to be the store manger or owner (he was one or the other). He said from halfway across the room that we were always welcome in his store.
Nice that the manager said that, but it was clear they knew who wrote the review and that the tension was readily apparent. The clustering

Grady Ervin provides exceptional customer service. My first experience with them was for the purchase of gift cards for Christmas gifts. This was last minute shopping, but Mimi and Chip made certain they arrived before we left town—even the second package that UPS lost. I was so impressed that they don’t rely on emails to communicate with their customers. I had at least 4 phone calls from them. The last two were to make sure the replacement order had arrived the next day and to apologize for the “fumble.” The original package arrived yesterday, so UPS had indeed lost the original package

I had an urgent trip home back to Nebraska. We had a death in the family and I desperately needed a suit for the funeral. I called Grady and Ervin in the morning on Wednesday and explained the situation. Robert told me to come in and they would take care of me. By 6 PM I had a well tailored suit that looked great and I was on the plane 12 hours later. I highly recommend their services.

Top of the line clothing at great value. Orian Manucy is the man to see at Grady Ervin, service above and beyond. The staff here are true professionals and not "clerks" in a clothing store. A great eye for color and style and a true understanding of the products they stock. It's a mandatory stop every time we visit 'Charleston.

So disappointed. Visited on 12/17/18 with husband and bought two jackets - one for each of us. My husband's had to be ordered and they were going to take up my sleeves. Jonathan called on 12/21/18 to say my husband's jacket arrived by my simple sleeves were done yet. Never received anything; called on 1/4/19 and was told sleeves still not done but would be overnighted on 1/7/19. Still nothing. Called on 1/11/19, got a message back from Jonathan who said he'd have to go thru a lot of UPS orders from the holidays to find the number...but he told me after the holidays that it hadn

Well you want to discuss the Best Men's Clothier in Charleston SC it is Grady and Ervin!!! The level of personal attention and meticulous detail with all of the employees and the owner is just perfection!! The high quality Men's casual to formal clothing is far superior to any other Men's Clothing Store in Charleston. I always go and see Danny at Grady and Ervin to get top notch customer service. I always call ahead to make sure he is at work before I drive to the store. I love this Men's Clothier and I have been frequenting it for 20 years!!!

I popped in with my husband this past Saturday, and I was very impressed. The store is a mix of casual-wear and formalwear, and we spent our time in the casual section. Hey have lots of great brands, like Over Under, and an incredible collection of bird feather bow ties. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clothing was a little pricey, but it wasn't too creamy considering it was of good quality. If you appreciate quail and pheasant hunting (like my husband does), you will enjoy this store.
