I recently moved to downtown Charleston and this was the first boutique I came across and absolutely loved it! Typically I always shop with a friend because I am indecisive when it comes to buying clothes, but the girls were all so sweet and went above and beyond to help me make sure that I had an amazing shopping experience. They felt more like my friends rather than workers and I loved that they were so welcoming!! When there wasn’t an item that was my size, they checked their inventory as well as their other store that is located in Mount Pleasant without any hesitation. Needless to say

The best quality items to choose from and they get new things in everyday. They will bend over backwards to accommodate you/help you and when they don’t have something, but their other store does, they will have someone get it for you and call you when it’s been brought over! They are the reason I love shopping small, amazing customer service! They offer credit instead of refunds, as do most small boutiques, but they actually give you two weeks while most boutiques give you 7 or less days and have no leniency whats so ever. They will also call you if you tell them you’re in search of something

One of my favorite places to shop! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. They have two stores in Charleston and offered to bring me a top from the King Street store to the Mt. Pleasant store so I didn't have to drive downtown. I don't see an issue with the return policy as it is the policy of most other boutiques!

Every time i go to Two Cumberland i get the best service, my girlfriend loves their clothing, but better yet they have a small men’s section where i can not only find hilarious mugs etc but awesome skin care that you can only find at their store in chs. I’ve read previous reviews about the return policy being bad, but i’ve never in my life been to a boutique in charleston or outside of chs that actually did full returns, so i was grateful when i realized that they extended theirs to 14 days instead of most boutiques who only allow for 7 days (every other boutique in chs & my.p) or who don’t

The store is cute but the service is surface, meaning as long as you are satisfied they are great. I have been a customer for 3 years and am local. I have never had to deal with a return because I am a careful buyer and don't want to return items. So when I bought jeans and wore them once within the first week only to find that they stretched out over a size larger, I was a little shocked to get such a different kind of service. They are very sweet about it but they don't stand behind their products. They've got your sale and that's it. They told me that they have had luck

I recently placed an order over the phone for an item I saw on IG. Alexis assisted me to find the item and get it shipped to my home. There were some hiccups with the computer but she was so sweet through the transaction and threw in a free pair of earrings with my purchase. What a great place! A very nice employee asked if I needed help and I told her I had no idea what to get my wife for Valentines Day...she showed me some nice jewelry and some beautiful dresses. I bought a beautiful necklace and they even offered to wrap it it for me in a gift box!

Cute shop but not that cute. This seems like a good spot to grab a gift for someone but not somewhere I would go to get a gift. Nothing stands out. There's no 'wow' factor about the store. We browsed around quickly...we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I didn't bother to look at any of the tags so I'm not sure of the price points.

This store has a lot of unique items that I could see getting as a gift for someone who has everything. There is also a lot of local jewelry and I found a few pieces that I really liked. However, when I looked at the price of the items, I decided against. After reading the reviews here about the return policy, I decided not to go there because I didn't want to have buyers remorse later and not be able to get my money back.

It's no doubt that this store has adorable clothing and gifts, but so do many other boutiques, locally. The return policy and process is archaic. The excuse the owner provided me with was, "Well, we are just a small business." If all "small businesses" thought that way, they would fail. First, you are given just 10 days to return items only to be given any exchange OR store credit ONLY. So, no returns, all sales final. Then, you aren't given any proof of your return. They write your name, phone number and email address on an Index card and put it in a box. You get

This is absolutely my go-to shopping spot. i can always find way more than i was looking for: they have super cute clothes, awesome jewelry and handbags that you can't find anywhere else in charleston, and super cool gifts. i feel like it's such a CHS go to for summertime too, because you can always find corkcicles, great beach towels, and all the boat and summer staples you need for living here! not to mention that the manager or owners are super attentive in helping you out anytime you are in. my friends and i are all addicted to shopping here - i totally recommend!

Ditto poor review on the return policy: a Christmas gift is penalized if one is traveling for the holiday. Store credit through the end of the year kept me from the purchase I had already picked out.
Non wearable items should be returned for cash. Clothes for exchange or store credit for at least a month. Buying a gift 2 weeks before an event and allowing the receiver 2 weeks to return doesn't seem like an abuse.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was looking at a necklace by Twine and Twig. Only for the sales girl to pick it up and tell me it was pricey and return to the display. I have never been treated in such a rude manner. I can afford to shop your loss I will not be back. My friend was shopping for clothes on a rack only for the same employee to go and rearrange the hangers right behind her.

Cute shop! They have a variety of products from clothing to jewelry to Turkish towels and home accessories and candles. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I really liked their collection of earrings, but I couldn't find anything less than $30. I don't shop boutique clothes because it's always hard to find things to fit, so I can't speak to those. Swing by and make a quick round in the shop to see if anything piques your interest!
