When you buy a home, your financing is our priority. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, we have all types of loans to meet your needs. We can work with your unique scenario. With over 20 years of experience, our team has dealt with every type of situation. Submitting income from alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income is optional if you do not want to use that income for qualification purposes. The following information is requested by the federal government for certain types of loans related to a dwelling in order to monitor the lender's compliance with equal credit opportunity, fair housing, and home mortgage disclosure laws.
Purchase money loans are, simply, loans used to buy a home. You will receive a trust deed or mortgage that you sign at the time of the purchase of the home as evidence of the loan on the home. These loans can be repaid over a designated point of time and are issued with some sort of fixed or variable interest rate.
Private Money loans come from private investors. These loans can be used to buy and/or renovate a house, condo or multifamily building. They have shorter terms and higher rates than conventional loans. Private Money (Hard Money) loans are good for both short term fix and flip or long term buy and hold.

We had a spectacular experience working with Haley, Karen, and Ken on our purchase!
