Had the most positive experience I've ever had dealing with a auto repair shop. Showed up with a flat on a rental and Shawn (one of the techs) immediately stopped what he was doing to add some air. Bryan (one of the owners) spent at least 20-30 minutes trying to help us find the specific tire we needed for our vehicle and trying to get us the best deal. Jim and Sandy were also very friendly and helpful. In the end we had to tow to another location to get what we needed, and we weren't charged for anything, despite all the time they took to help us and the time the tire repair person had to take

It was our first time at Yosemite , and we had a tires puncture. After multiple calls to our rental and insurance company, and getting ridiculous responses and estimates, we ended up contacting Sullivan's Tire Pros.
They were amazing, and went above and beyond to help us. They guided us on how to make it to their shop, prioritized fixing our tire (as it had to be ordered) and helped us to get a discount for a temporary rental car. Appreciate all they did to provide a great experience and have good memories at Yosemite.

Sullivan's team is among the best! We've taken our various vehicles there for many years, finding their service consistently reliable. This year they solved several problems for my 1999 GMC van, with great results and at less cost than what I was expecting. Staff is very knowledgeable, and always gives personal attention to each customer.
Nice bonus -- Their comfortable waiting area has a large work table with hookups for various electronic devices. I take my computer and get work done while waiting for repairs to be completed.

I had some break and tire issues while visiting Yosemite, so I took my car in here one morning. They have a $25ish tire diagnostic service (I don't remember if that's what it was actually called) where they remove each wheel and look at the tires and breaks and stuff. Turns out I had some debris in the wheel and breaks. They cleaned that all out and fixed a tire seal that was slowly losing air. They didn't find any other major issues, so I was just charged that $25. That's an incredible price. Thanks for that and for the great service.

Went in to Sullivan's Tire in Oakhurst for a simple oil change 06/03/21 , get to work oil and smoke pouring out from under hood ! Called Brian the co-owner and they come out and tow it , Turns out there mistake Destroyed my engine...I have been going round and round with them ever since ! They refuse to stand by there work. Your safety and your Family's safety rides on your tires !...They did'nt tighten one bolt on my car you cant expext them to tighten 5 wheel bolts...You have been warned.

Mike and the team at Sullivan's were all-stars and helped me out tremendously when I got a flat in Yosemite. They were able to squeeze me in for a same-day tire change, had great tires in stock, and they were really accommodating with covid safeguards to minimize exposure risk. If you ever find yourself with tire issues in Yosemite, this is the place to go. (And, based on the number of people going through there on Friday, it looks like it's the go-to place for tires in Madera/Mariposa counties.

These guys are awesome! I had a weird noise in the rear of my truck. They walked me through everything I needed and it was a little past my budget. They told me about their Snap program which worked out great! So thankful... they showed me had almost no brakes in the back!!!! During this time my budget is just sooo tight.

Horrible experience. All I needed was to get my tire patched up & they told me they couldn't get me in until the next day!! Really?? How can a flat tire wait until the next day?? Anyone passing through Oakhurst knows how dark it gets & you dont want to be caught in the dark. Very unprofessional. Do not go here unless you want to be told to come back the next day for something so little. Tire pros?? Please... more like tire idiots. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll be glad you didn't waste your time & money here.

Super friendly, decent wait times, and pretty good prices. My wife and I both take out cars here for oil changes and are always quite happy. Free rotate and balance with the oil change too!
Update: Rude owner, ridiculously long wait times with appointment. Over two hours for an oil change.
Last time they forgot to rotate and asked me if I want to wait a little longer.. no, I don't.
I politely asked why a part price was three times the price of everywhere else and more than the dealer and was told to go elsewhere!
Ok. Done. Customer lost. And I will definitely tell my friends to steer clear

Got a quote for $400 to replace front brake pads and rotors. Also had a check engine light come on and to fix whatever it was, they quoted me somewhere between $100-200 to fix it. Note these are two separate events.
I left and bought my own equipment and tools and did all the work myself. The brakes and rotors cost me $60. (Resurfaced 2 rotors for $30 at O'Reilly's and 2 brand new performance carbon fiber brake pads for another $30).
Also turns out that the code for the vehicle said that my gas cap was open and took 2 seconds to fix. Literally. For $0!!!!

Brian was excellent squeezing me in for a brake inspection for grinding sound. Mechanics knew what they were doing. Other places had told me rear drum brakes couldn't be inspected without expensive tear apart, but they got off rear drums with a wacking no problem. Front caliper piston was frozen (other one good) and Brian got rotors and parts expedited from Fresno. Total was $842.41 (546.43 parts). Update: 1,700 miles and a month later back home at a Tire Pros in Chula Vista found other caliper stuck, and noting both calipers should have been replaced. Maybe it just wore out a little bit

Over this past weekend, I had a flat tire and busted wheel driving down from Yosemite. I needed a wheel and tire in an incredibly tight turnaround time of 3-4 hours to get back home. These folks managed to find a tire and wheel from a junkyard in Fresno, almost 50 miles away, drive it back in my time frame and have it ready to go when I got there. These folks are truly professional and will work with you to get to a reasonable solution. I read the reviews so this is where I came when I needed chains while on a weekend trip to Yosemite. (Really CHP? You require chains on my Subaru? If a Subaru needs chains then really no one should be driving in that kind of weather in the first place.)
There was a problem with the tire socks that I purchased, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again or to recommend them to others. Their customer service is friendly and first rate.
