I set an appointment for an oil change (nothing more) at 10 am. Paul kindly took my appointment early upon request. I was grateful for that.
The service was completed at 10 am and i was so happy it was done by that time, that i didnt examine the invoice before approving the charge.
To be fair, he told me about the services he provided (rotating tires, checking tire pressure) before i signed.
What he didnt tell me, was that he also replaced the oil filter, nor did he tell me that he was charging me for the tire rotation.
Those extra services cost $86 and change that i didnt plan on.

Although the locals raved about this place and Paul's work, I can say first hand that the prices are high and the customer service is low! Paul unfortunately has no people skills which ultimately lead to an over all bad experience. Had we not been pressed for time we would have gone over to Dave's auto shop but he was booked up and Paul's shop was the last resort. He became annoyed when we called to check on the vehicle and check pricing and told us we annoyed him by calling. He charged us 3 times what we would normally pay so when we called to see how we could possibly lower the

I had an emergency fix required on my Nissan Xterra. It was almost 5PM. I called and asked if they can help me. A gentleman answered the phone and he was SO nice and accommodating. He said come over and they will take a look. They fixed the problem and I was on my way. I can't recommend them high enough. I know Auberry is out of the way, but if you are ever traveling Hwy 168 and need car type help don't call anyone else. I am so thankful I found them. Plus, they were more than fair on price, I was so thankful I gave him twice the amount he charged me.
